“Workflow planning hub performed powerfully”

Pros

Between the customizable workflows and the clear task visibility, work is much simpler to organize and carry out without activities getting delayed. The document management is also a big plus because everything is kept in one place which saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent digging through different sections. The Gantt chart, task management tools and workflow automations make this CRM an excellent option for project planning in any company. It's honestly one of the most complete platforms I have used for planning and executing tasks. Activities are handled in priority order based on what benefits the project and the company most and that creates a much better working flow overall. Since the company started using it, projects have been moving forward far more efficiently.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the platform can take time especially when there are many projects and team members involved because the number of features and workflow customization options can feel complicated at first. The mobile app is also missing some of the functionality available in the web version and the interface there is not as user friendly. On top of that the reporting tools could use more flexibility and customization.

One of the best parts is the task automation especially being able to create my own rules and tailor workflows the way I need.

I do wish there were more options to adjust the board structure and change its overall size.

Across our team this works incredibly well because it's so flexible for different needs. We use it for event planning, volunteer database tracking, donor development social media content management and plenty more. Every role has its own hub inside the platform which makes it much easier to manage projects and keep tasks organized.

Cons

The upside is that it can do almost anything, with tons of templates, layouts and ways to organize work but that can also make it feel a bit overwhelming. It's definitely user friendly, yet it still seems like there's always another feature or setup to learn. I can tell it'll take some time before I feel completely confident using everything.

Getting alerts whenever someone completed something or made updates was helpful but once I logged in to check those changes, the interface felt pretty confusing.

Cons

Its layout is confusing and it's difficult to follow the sequence of events within each task.

I use it to manage my personal projects and track my time and it seems much simpler than the heavier tools built mainly for bigger businesses.

Once you start using it for a large company it can become harder to keep everything organized. That said for startups, it's one of the quickest platforms to set up and start using.

Using it for event planning, idea tracking and our overall planning has been fantastic. It's user friendly, really capable and I can check the dashboard in seconds to see exactly where everything stands.

Honestly there's very little about it that I don't enjoy.

This software is really easy to use which is what we like most about it. Our company is still between different tools in this category so we are taking time to learn as much as we can and this one has been simple to work with.

The pricing is high for what the software actually offers especially since there are other alternatives that can do basically the same thing for less money.

I noticed there is a bit of a learning curve at first and it can take some time for the whole team to get comfortable with how the product works.

There isn't really one place where you can instantly see everything assigned to you. To find that, you have to open the page, search or apply a filter for your name and then repeat those steps again each time.

It is simple and it seems like the platform can do almost anything. One thing I really enjoy is being able to build workflows and set up powerful automations without any coding knowledge, while still connecting everything to the rest of the business software we use.

Cons

There are still some limitations especially in the mobile app for heavier users. It becomes more noticeable when you need to keep an eye on dashboards, since they look excellent on the desktop and web versions but can feel a little cluttered on mobile.

At times file uploads don't go through properly so improving that part would make the experience even better.

Whether I am working solo or with a team, this software is excellent for moving projects forward. It lets you create milestones and goals, assign them, track progress and clearly define the owner of each task. It's a really strong management tool when you want to stay organized and actually get things done. Another big plus is that pricing starts for teams of 3+ and there's also a mobile app so you can keep working from practically anywhere.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit confusing at first for new users. Spending some time with both the web version and the mobile app helps a lot when it comes to understanding and getting the most out of its key features.

Everything in the UI is designed to keep things simple so most actions can be done without bouncing through a bunch of different screens. One of the features we rely on most is the project templates, since they help us launch new projects quickly. The notification system is also really useful and being able to use desktop alerts instead of constant emails helps cut down on inbox clutter.

Cons

Even though the interface is meant to be simple, it still doesn't feel very user friendly to me. The row view for items seems a little awkward compared with the board view and because of that the screen can feel overcrowded with tasks that aren't relevant to every user.

Getting started with it was quick and setting up projects and tasks with the team felt very easy. Plus the interface provides a clear visual overview which really helps with tracking productivity.

Cons

From a technical setup standpoint, implementation was simple but generating productivity reports by employee and/or by team turned out to be quite difficult for us, to the point that we stopped trying. The plans also feel a bit complex when it comes to project view options.
