“Flexible dashboards organized work effectively”

There are tons of features available, along with a wide range of dashboard options. If the exact dashboard you need isn't already there, you can even build a custom one yourself.

Cons

Its free plan is pretty limited and doesn't offer many options. To unlock a lot of the useful features, you have to move up to the next pricing tier.

“Workflow powered daily efficiency consistently”

Pros

Using this software is not a hassle as it is practical and user friendly from the start. It lets you clearly see any change or edit made to a report or file, whether it was already created before or is still being worked on. Interacting with it was a really positive experience because it made my work much easier and helped me stay on top of everything.

Cons

I honestly do not have much negative to say about it. Maybe the only thing is that sometimes it was a little slow or would freeze briefly and on one or two occasions it did not notify me about an edit made to a document. Still that was very uncommon and aside from that everything worked very well. I really congratulate the developers for creating such a useful tool.

Pros

The thing I really like is how it gives employees the flexibility to build custom work apps. That capability is really valuable and makes the whole experience feel much better for the team.

Cons

At the same time I am not always sure how much freedom is actually helpful because sometimes having so many options makes it harder to bring everything together.

Our team uses this user friendly, flexible tool to stay on top of projects across different departments and clearly assign responsibilities.

Cons

It does take some time to learn and because not everyone uses all of the features, it can sometimes lead to internal miscommunication or process gaps.

Pros

Having one central place for all our projects, campaigns and tasks made a big difference. The team can clearly see what everyone else is working on which has really improved our workflow. It also makes delegating tasks much more manageable and helps us keep up with everything across projects.

Cons

One thing that would make it even better is being able to add events to the calendar without having to create them as tasks on the board.

“Design looked modern everywhere used”

Pros

This tool won me over with how simple it was to use and how good everything looked. I genuinely loved the design and every feature felt thoughtfully built. Before this my notes were scattered everywhere like on paper, in Apple Notes and across Microsoft Excel. This finally gave me one place to bring everything together. I was able to move all of my projects into a single, clean interface that not only looked good but also motivated me to dig deeper into what was actually working in my business.

Cons

Once the trial ended the pricing became a real problem especially when it came to adding more users. That was incredibly frustrating because by then I had already moved basically my whole digital world into it. The cost for 1 to 3 people was manageable for my small business but as soon as I needed to bring in 7 or 8 people, it became far too expensive for the level of income we were making. When you're running a business, every dollar counts and in the end that pricing jump was the thing that made me stop using it.

“Automation genuinely delivered real value”

The boards and built-in automations are the standout for me. They make it really clear to see what's been completed, what still needs attention between jobs and I can message the person responsible for a task right there to get updates.

Cons

Pricing is a little high for a small business but it still feels worth it because there's a lot of value packed into the platform.

Pros

Task tracking works really well so everyone on the team can clearly see what's been assigned to them. It's much more capable than using a spreadsheet and I'd definitely recommend it to organizations that hand out a lot of assignments and need a reliable way to keep tabs on everything.

Cons

It didn't feel very user friendly at the beginning. There's a bit of a learning curve and it can be confusing at first but after a few weeks of using it, everything starts to click and it becomes a very effective tool.

Its business management tools are my favorite part of this software. They make handling my work much simpler.

Cons

There's honestly very little I dislike about the app and nothing stands out enough to really complain about.

I do wish there were more progress labels available. The notes help make up for that limitation but having additional labeling options would still be really useful.

Bringing cross-functional teams together is where this project management tool really shines and it does a lot to improve collaboration. The at-a-glance task view is especially useful and makes it simple to see what needs attention right away.

Cons

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Once everything clicked, it worked really well but it still feels a little clunkier than some other project management tools I have used before.

Working with monday.com has been really helpful for team collaboration, time management, task tracking and the interactive dashboard makes everything much more visible and organized.

Cons

One downside is the large number of reminder emails which can sometimes feel more like junk mail and the pricing is on the expensive side.

Connecting monday.com with tools like Google Workspace and Slack has been a big part of how I work and it really helped organize my process and boost productivity.

The customization options for vertical columns feel a bit restricted especially when it comes to using formulas and similar functions.

The dashboards are highly customizable and moving tasks from one phase to the next is very easy. Also it works well whether you want to keep things simple or build out a more detailed setup.

There's still room for improvement with notification customization, the progress dashboard and some of the integrations.

Out of all the similar tools I tried this is the one that genuinely kept pulling me back in every day. The others would lose my attention after a short time and I'd forget about them but this platform has been the complete opposite. The colors, layout, flexibility and overall structure make it really enjoyable to use. I also appreciate that I can use it on my own without having to add a team or make a purchase just to get access. On top of that the modern design really makes it stand out.

Cons

Honestly I cannot point to anything I dislike about it. It feels like a perfect fit for what I need.

“Centralized everything into one place”

Pros

Since we started using it our way of working has changed completely. It does not matter what type of organization you have as we use it for marketing, project management, HR, CRM, task management and much more. It's very easy to use as it has allowed us to centralize our entire operation and thanks to that, we have significantly increased our productivity. Plus the free plan it offers is truly amazing.

Cons

The only thing that does not convince us is that if we want to move to the paid options of the tool, we have to sign up for a minimum of 3 users.

It is user friendly thanks to the many ways you can tag and organize tasks with colors, labels and other visual elements. The mobile app works really well too and the task status overview is clear and very useful.

Cons

It doesn't offer quite the same level of flexibility as Jira when it comes to generating and tracking reports.

“Team collaboration felt incredibly smooth”

Pros

Sharing files with teammates works really well and the real time editing is a big advantage. It makes working together feel very hassle free.

Cons

The pricing is expensive and the reporting features still aren't up to the mark.
