“start felt confusing everywhere used”
Pros
Compared with other project management platforms, this one falls short in areas where competitors are doing much better.
Cons
Getting started is genuinely confusing and the limited integrations make it even harder to fit into an existing workflow.

“Support fixed issues amazingly fast”
Pros
One thing that really stood out was how flexible the platform is and the support was even better. I ran into a problem while importing a CSV file and I genuinely loved the way the customer support team stepped in and handled it.
Cons
The more advanced plans are far too expensive and working with multiple rows at the same time was a bit challenging as well.

“Calendar worked across departments well”
Pros
Handling day to day emails has become much more manageable with this. The calendar setup has really sped up what used to be a tiring task and the interface looks good and easy to use.
Cons
Up to this point we really have not run into any issues, including when using the software for accounting.

“Automation consistently saved working hours”
Pros
It works like a customizable spreadsheet in the cloud which makes it simple to build whatever kind of project management board you need. I have used it for active projects, time tracking, internal training and more. You just add the columns you want, whether that's status, text, numbers, formulas, assigned people and so on, then organize everything into groups that fit your workflow. The automations also save a lot of time by handling repetitive project management tasks.
Cons
Subitems still feel fairly new so not every feature is functioning properly yet. They keep releasing new features regularly but at the moment I still have to rely on regular items to track time spent per employee.

“Never missed any content dates”
Pros
Having Monday.com in place has really helped us organize ideas, plans and goals for content creation at our medical practice. It makes planning ahead much more manageable and helps ensure we don't lose track of important dates or forget the ideas we want to follow through on for the practice.
Cons
There's plenty of help available through tutorials and guidance which is useful but the template we chose came loaded with prefilled ideas that made the setup more confusing than expected. It also took extra time to clear out all that sample content before we could start adding our own information.

“Project visibility stayed beautifully clear”
Pros
The visual layout is a big plus. It makes it really simple to see exactly where each of my projects stands at a glance.

“Collaboration cut through unnecessary clutter”
Pros
It gets rid of those painfully long email chains and a lot of unnecessary meetings which makes team communication much more efficient.
Cons
At the end of the day it still looks like just a task management tool, with not much beyond collaborative boards and the reporting options are fairly limited.

“Task tracking felt nicely adaptable”
Pros
Keeping tabs on task progress is really easy. Also it lets us set up multiple projects at once and assign projects or individual tasks to the right people without much hassle.
Cons
One thing that gets irritating is the reminder system. It can keep sending notifications even after a task has already been marked complete.

“Workflow drove daily efficiency effectively”
Pros
Its interface is user friendly and common actions like reassigning task ownership don't take a bunch of extra clicks which makes day to day use more efficient.
Cons
The thing that still seems unclear is nested tasks as they either aren't supported or the way to create them is hard to figure out.

“setup was pretty awkward”
Pros
The color coding is really useful because it helps keep projects organized and makes it much clearer to see the current status of everything at a glance.
Cons
Creating a new item, list or even a group looks confusing and not very user friendly. Instead of going into the actual list, new items get added to the top of the page which makes that part of the platform feel less user friendly.

“cloud based control worked perfectly”
Pros
Our team has been using it to manage projects and one of the biggest advantages is being able to handle everything from anywhere in the world since it runs in the cloud.
Cons
Pricing is a little higher than some other programs I have used but it's still a really strong option for keeping projects on track.

“Colorful boards organized work nicely”
Pros
The thing that really stands out to me in this software is its colorful, interactive interface. I also appreciate how much freedom it gives me to organize projects my own way especially when customizing each table column with deadlines, descriptions, assignees, status and other details. Another big advantage is being able to turn tabulated information into a calendar or other view formats which makes the data much more useful and dynamic.
Cons
The only frustrating issue I ran into was with the calendar view. It doesn't let me adjust the zoom level the way I'd like so when too many items fall on the same date some topics get cut off and become harder to see.

“Project control suited every team”
Pros
It does a really good job of helping organize ideas, projects and budgets all in one place. It works especially well for teamwork and it makes it possible to stay on top of what everyone is doing without needing to micromanage. On top of that it's user friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
In the time I have been using this product everything I have needed has worked effectively. I have not run into any issues yet.

“Clean workflow drove daily efficiency”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about Monday.com is how well it helps me stay organized. I can build my own task board and use the available tools to keep everything in order and make sure I am staying on track. It also works really well for managing clients and their projects since I can create a section for each one and add items whenever needed. Overall it's an excellent way to keep everything structured organized and clean.
Cons
I honestly have not come across anything about this software that I dislike.

“Tracking teams worked fantastically well”
Pros
Team projects aren't something I deal with very often but this was recommended to me when one came up and it ended up being better than I expected. We managed to complete everything on time and keeping up with each person's progress was much simpler throughout the project. At the beginning I assumed all the features would be confusing but it actually didn't take long to get comfortable with the interface.
Cons
Seeing all the features at first was a bit overwhelming. The free trial also feels a little too short.

“Teams adopted this very quickly”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is one of its biggest strengths. It's very user friendly and adoption across the team happens without much effort which makes it one of the best parts of using it.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost compared to what's included. It's not overly expensive but it can still feel a little pricey for the set of features it offers.

“handled everything well”
Pros
There's a ton you can get done with this platform. We use it for CRM, brand management, project management, file management order management and plenty of other workflows all in one place. The ability to extend it with integrations like Zapier and Integromat makes it even more powerful and flexible.
Cons
It does come with a learning curve, though. If you don't have experience with project management, Agile or business systems in general, this probably won't be the right fit for your company. It really feels like a business sandbox so if you're not comfortable structuring and building processes that can run with little oversight, you may be better off with a tool that works better right out of the box.
