“Design suited smaller teams nicely”
Pros
The colors and overall look of the platform are appealing and it looks like a really good option especially for small teams.
Cons
At the same time I didn't notice anything particularly distinctive about the app since it mainly offers very basic features that are also found in other alternatives.

“Automations saved working hours consistently”
Pros
Getting project planning and day to day management done seems almost effortless with this software. It handles a lot of the repetitive admin work for you and it integrates with several other systems as well which helps automate workflows. One example is setting up an IT ticketing process that makes the IT team more interactive and responsive with end users.
Cons
One of the more frustrating parts is user allocation. Seats have to be added in blocks of five so you can end up paying for accounts you do not actually need. On top of that some useful features are locked behind the Pro license and that upgrade feels fairly expensive.

“very approachable tool”
Pros
One thing it does really well is highlight how important project management is for keeping our work organized and cutting down unnecessary complexity. When a platform is overloaded with complicated features or feels hard to navigate, people on the team usually stop using it pretty quickly. This one keeps the interface user friendly and approachable which has made adoption much better for us.
Cons
It's been a strong fit for our creative and operations teams but it hasn't worked quite as well for our development group. Their project workflows tend to need more advanced or specialized customization than the platform currently handles comfortably.

“Deadline tracking aligned teams perfectly”
Pros
Running a small team with Monday.com works really well. It helps everyone stay on top of deadlines and it makes the agenda and to do items for each project very clear so nothing gets overlooked.
Cons
It doesn't seem like the best fit for larger teams. The platform doesn't really break work down well into smaller sub-teams and that can end up causing confusion or friction between employees.

“Organizing tasks stayed nicely adaptable”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits of this application is how flexible it is. It makes it simple to assign tasks to team members and keep everything organized in the best way possible.
Cons
Because it offers so many possibilities it can feel a bit overwhelming at times and it's possible to lose your way. Luckily, the documentation is very well written so I never even needed to reach out to support.

“comments became confusing at times”
Pros
One of the better things about it is how simple it is to use. The pricing is also a strong point since it's fairly affordable. The interface is pretty clean and simple and most of the platform is easy to find your way around.
Cons
At the same time a few features were unexpectedly hard to track down inside the platform. Adding a comment to a shared spreadsheet or project for instance, took more effort than it should have because it was difficult to locate. For such a basic task, it really didn't feel very user friendly.

“Free version proved useful initially”
Pros
It is easy to use and the free version is fully functional which makes it really useful right out of the gate.
Cons
Once you want to use it with a team though you have to move to a paid plan. There isn't a free option with limited features that supports more than two people.

“Planning aligned teams effectively well”
Pros
Having one planning tool to organize and manage projects has really helped us organize our work. It keeps our data teams, web development and supply chain teams aligned, making it much easier to track progress, plan effectively and support new product launches.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is the notifications as you have to clear them manually one at a time. It would be much better if there were a clear-all notifications option.

“feature depth is limited”
Pros
The interface looks fantastic and seems like a real upgrade compared with other CRMs I have used.
Cons
At the same time it comes across as a budget version of Salesforce oracle or SAP. Integrations are pretty limited and since it's still a newer product it feels a bit immature.

“Sharing documents happened very quickly”
Pros
Once our administrator had everything set up, navigating the platform became easy. Uploading documents is fast and simple and it helps everyone access information much quicker than digging through long email chains.
Cons

“Custom grids worked across departments”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy is getting an email with every update. It makes it simple to quickly scan my inbox and stay on top of what the team is working on. The grid customization is also a big plus and with the premium plan, there are plenty of integrations and automation features that add a lot of value.
Cons
The only issue I have noticed is a bit of a disconnect in how customization works between the standard views and the Kanban view. When you adjust one, it ends up affecting the other as well. I'd prefer to be able to customize them separately or at least have the option to do that.

“Workflow powered daily efficiency consistently”
Pros
Monday.com really hits a nice balance between flexibility and usability. It lets us customize what we need without making the platform feel complicated or hard to navigate.
Cons
There are still times when all I want is a simple spreadsheet. I am looking forward to their docs and sheets features being more fully integrated into the system. I also wish the automation capabilities were broader especially when it comes to automatic events since we couldn't get those to work the way we had hoped.

“Team collaboration worked wonderfully well”
Pros
It is very user friendly and works really well for small businesses and team collaboration. It's helpful for keeping track of the entire team's activities and the integrations with other software are simple to set up. The automated reminders and alerts are also a really useful feature.
Cons
Setting up the integration was not difficult at all but I think CommuniHub can be glitchy from time to time.
