“Brilliant boards organized everything neatly”

Pros

Keeping complex projects and tasks organized is really easy. The visual layout and overall UX are thoughtfully designed and setting up new boards is quick thanks to templates that cover almost any work scenario you can think of.

Cons

The downside is that to really get the most out of the automations, you have to move up to a higher-tier plan. It would be much better if lower plans included at least some automation features especially since you often don't realize how useful they are until you've tested them during a trial and then lose access when it ends.

Across a remote team this works really well and the features help make sure different staff aren't duplicating the same work.

Cons

It's mainly a task management tool so the reporting options are fairly limited. Still, it does that job really well.

Pros

Planning organizing, creating and assigning tasks to my team is very easy with this platform. It also makes prioritizing work really simple and chatting with my team through the tool is convenient and clear.

Cons

One downside is that its powerful feature set relies heavily on a stable internet connection to perform at its best.

The platform looks fantastic and gives you tons of options to work with. The drag and drop setup is especially helpful and it makes project management feel much less complicated overall.

It's disappointing that features like SAML are limited to enterprise plans. Charging that much for what feels like a relatively small feature is a real downside.

One thing I really like about this software is how much it improves communication and keeps productivity on track. I can quickly check my coworkers status, step in to help when needed and focus on the tasks that should be prioritized first.

At this point there really is not much I dislike about this software yet.

Right away the platform felt highly interactive and user friendly. Since I work in architecture, visual presentation really matters and this software delivers with visual tools that make customizing tasks, projects, filing and other functions much more effective. It makes navigation simpler and helps a lot when managing large teams and complex projects.

I really don't have any complaints. I have used it across quite a few projects to track tasks and deadlines and I have not run into any issues.

Pros

A lot of the value comes from the feature set. The bird's eye view is really helpful, there are plenty of integration options and the automations work well. The dashboard is also very user friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about at this point. If I had to point out one thing, I'd say I'd like the API to be more consistently reliable, even though it works properly most of the time.

Pros

Managing documents, sharing files, tracking projects and collaborating with the team all is very easy. Keeping up with work and following updates is incredibly simple and the dashboard has a clean, attractive design that makes everything easy to navigate. It's also highly customizable and setting up boards doesn't take much effort at all.

Cons

At this point I am very satisfied with the features and overall functionality. I honestly have not come across any drawbacks yet.

The interface looks really good and the user experience is one of the most user friendly I have seen for customers.

It still misses quite a few features that Jira which is basically the market standard already offers. There's still a long way to go before it reaches anything close to that level of feature parity.

Working with it is not a hassle. Being able to create boards and tailor them to your team's needs is something I really like. It keeps projects organized, simplifies collaboration and honestly looks like a must have when you're managing work with a team.

Every now and then it has a small glitch but it doesn't happen often.

Having such a visual workspace makes it really enjoyable to keep up with my work. It helps teams collaborate well by letting us create assignable tasks with clear status columns that are simple to scan. Within seconds, I can check where a project stands, see the percentage completed, understand what steps still need to happen and know exactly which people are responsible for each task.

Cons

Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because it takes some time to build a board that is organized and not too cluttered or difficult to follow. The pricing is also a little high for our company, although we still feel the value justifies the cost.

Since it's available both on the website and the mobile app, the data stays accessible and managers can keep up with everything while on the go.

One drawback I noticed is that the initial setup takes a bit of time to understand because the step-by-step process is not immediately obvious. Still, after getting everything configured, it becomes simple to navigate and update things whenever needed.

It is a better fit for Agile projects overall. It can still be used for waterfall projects but setting it up takes more effort.

The layout is really appealing and it makes it simple to see where everything stands thanks to the many options and color coding. It's an excellent way to manage ongoing projects and keep notes together in one place.

Cons

Subitems are still in beta so I'd definitely like to see that feature developed further. A few things can also be tricky to locate sometimes, like the recycle bin, although a quick Google search usually clears it up. I still have not been able to figure out how to change the default settings on some dropdowns.

Right away Monday.com felt approachable and user friendly for managing work. A lot of tracking tools come across as confusing, intimidating and difficult to navigate but this one was simple to use and worked especially well for people who aren't comfortable with complicated CRM systems.

Cons

That said it didn't feel as powerful or as transparent as some competing platforms which made it more difficult to rely on for more complex needs.

A really useful tool for keeping track of tasks and measuring productivity.

It has fewer integrations with other iOS apps although that could be improved.

If you need a way to organize your team and stay on top of projects, this works really well. It's simple to use and does a good job of keeping the different parts of a project structured and in order.

One thing that could be better is the notification system in the app. At times it sends the same alert two or three times which can get a bit repetitive.

One downside is the constant flood of unwanted emails which can get annoying. Tracking project goals is not very easy either and at times the software feels a bit too busy with too much happening on the screen.
