“Planning views remained nicely adaptable”
Pros
One of the best parts of this software is how it lets me build out an entire project plan within a well organized structure and then change that structure without losing any of the planning data. A good example is creating a plan in Kanban view and then switching it to calendar, table, dashboard and several other view options the platform offers. It also integrates with a variety of external tools like Slack and Gmail which is really useful for what I need on a daily basis. The colorful, interactive interface is another strong point and makes the experience even better.
Cons
Honestly there is not much to complain about. My only real concern is that the pricing per user could be more affordable.

“Features delivered!”
Pros
Having so many features built in really helps with our day to day work. It also integrates with a lot of useful services like SurveyMonkey, Gmail, LinkedIn, GitHub and others which makes the platform even more practical.
Cons
I do wish there were more automation options. There are quite a few available already but at times they still don't feel like enough. The tutorials are there too but they aren't very well organized so beginners can get confused pretty easily.

“Flexible workflow powered daily efficiency”
Pros
Monday.com lets me organize work the way that fits my process best. I get a clear visual view of my team's workload and an instant snapshot of where every task and project stands. It has helped me organize my responsibilities and daily activities so I can stay as productive as possible. Also it keeps my team connected which makes collaboration and overall organization much more effective.
Cons
Well I have not run into any downsides at this point since it consistently does exactly what I need it to do.

“always allow customization”
Pros
Right from the start I find it very user friendly and simple to work with. It's flexible enough to fit just about any use case because the customization options are so extensive. You can practically build a custom app or workflow for almost anything you need. I also really enjoy being able to assign colors to each board since it keeps everything visually organized and honestly it makes the platform more fun to look at too.
Cons
At first the overall interface style took a little getting used to but after using it consistently for about a week, it stopped being an issue. One thing I'd still love to see is a dark mode option, unless it already exists and I just have not come across it yet.

“Workflow hub powered teams effectively”
Pros
Between task assignment, dashboards, task management, time tracking and team discussions, Monday.com covers just about everything our team needs to stay organized and connected. It does a really good job of keeping work visible and helping everyone communicate in one place.
Cons
One area that could still be improved is the search feature. It would be more useful if it included additional filters especially for things like archived items.

“all in one HR workflow succeeded well”
Pros
Running HR through this tool is really practical because it lets HR managers handle the entire employee lifecycle in one place. You can monitor the full recruitment process for every candidate from the start, onboard new hires using ready-made templates organize team-building activities to keep current employees engaged and use data-driven insights through analytics built right into daily workflows. It also integrates with Gmail and more than 40 other tools already in use so it fits naturally into existing processes. The platform is also very user friendly.
Cons
Honestly I didn't run into any downsides. Everything worked well for me, it's very simple to manage and it helps keep work moving at the right pace while supporting the growth of my business on a dependable platform.

“trial phase is confusing”
Pros
Getting started without paying or entering a credit card was a big plus and I really appreciated that the trial was completely free. The content and calendar management tools were especially useful and helped me stay on top of my work. Having a clean workspace made it much easier to track everything I needed to do. I also appreciated the search feature because it helped me quickly locate my projects.
Cons
A 14 day trial just didn't feel long enough to understand all of the more complicated features especially things like the API. A lot of the tools seem like they're not really designed for beginners which is frustrating because the whole purpose of a free trial should be to help new users get familiar with the platform and have a good enough experience to want to subscribe. Since I wasn't able to properly learn and get comfortable with all the features that could benefit me within those 14 days, I wasn't motivated to move forward with a paid plan. On top of that the subscription pricing was pretty confusing. I couldn't clearly tell which plan I should even consider if I wanted to continue and comparing the pricing against the included features wasn't easy. I also really disliked the video conferencing feature because it was very glitchy. I could barely hear my client while using it and after that, I ended up going back to my usual video conferencing tool.

“pretty steep learning phase”
Pros
Compared with other team management tools Monday.com brings a really unique set of features to the table. It also lets you automate a lot of repetitive day to day tasks which can make a big difference in improving your team's productivity.
Cons
That said it falls short when it comes to usability. There are just so many features and a lot of them are not very user friendly so you have to spend real time learning how everything works. Other apps provide similar capabilities in a much easier manner.

“Versatile platform overall”
Pros
One of the best things about Monday.com is how adaptable it is. It has allowed us to rely on a single platform for much more than just task management and compared with a few other project tools, it feels far ahead in what it can handle.
Cons
I'd still like to see more visual ways to measure the resources I am assigning to certain tasks, along with an effort rating beyond just priority, such as adding expected hours for completing the work.

“Team tracking truly transformed workflows”
Pros
Monday.com has completely changed how we manage projects and coordinate the team. The features are thoughtfully built and everything works together in a way that makes our workflow feel much more organized. The standout part for me is being able to track each teammate's progress on any project which keeps everyone aligned and helps us stay on top of deadlines without things slipping through the cracks.
Cons
The mobile app was the disappointing part for me. It still feels like it has a way to go before it matches the desktop version.

Pros
Running my property management business is much more organized with Monday.com because it helps me stay on top of projects, tasks and requests across every part of the business. Even as a one-person operation, I still get a lot of value from it and I can also see how useful it would be for a larger team. It's efficient, very helpful and the visual layout makes it an excellent tool to work with.
Cons

“Project panels kept everything aligned”
Pros
Every project comes with its own panel so it's clear what your role is, what tasks still need to be finished and which deadlines matter most. That setup makes it much easier to build realistic timelines for both yourself and the rest of the team across any project. It brings all the moving parts together, lets you assign work to the right people and even gives clients a place to join in through comments and approvals which helps create stronger, more connected programs. On top of that it works really well as a database for storing events, documents and files shared by team members and stakeholders during planning and task updates.
Cons
Honestly it's simple enough for people at any skill level so there isn't really anything I dislike about it. It also works well with most of the apps and programs we already use every day which is a big advantage because it helps avoid entering the same data more than once and makes importing and exporting information much more convenient.

“quite a powerful tool”
Pros
The ability to customize forms, set up automations quickly and build dashboards really makes this platform powerful. It's simple to get started with, easy to use and flexible enough to handle far more than project management, like forms, lead generation and even DAM.
Cons
One part that feels a bit tricky is creating dependencies within boards. If they aren't configured properly, the entire sequence can get thrown off.
