A really strong tool for keeping tasks organized. It makes it simple to see what all your employees are working on day to day.

It could use some new templates along with more tag options.

Having one place where I can see every board I am tagged in is really helpful and saves time when I need to keep track of different tasks.

Cons

File uploads can be frustrating at times because the files are not always easy to view and it really needs better preview compatibility for formats like .ai and similar files.

Pros

Keeping up with all the small details across projects is much better thanks to the way subtasks are handled. They look user friendly and are very simple to work with which makes day to day project tracking a lot more manageable.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is the ability for items to exist in multiple boards or locations at once. For instance, having tasks assigned to me from different projects also appear automatically on my personal board would make it much easier to manage everything from one to do list.

The setup can be pretty complex at first but once everything is in place, it works very well.

There's honestly nothing major to complain about. That said I'd still love to see some more modern capabilities added over time and I hope they continue upgrading the platform with new features.

Everything is user friendly and well organized. Also it is affordable and simple to use.

I didn't run into anything bad at all and genuinely enjoy using the software. The only thing I'd still welcome is an even better interface.

It looks modern and welcoming thanks to its attractive interface. It's very easy to use and even though there's a paid version, the free version doesn't feel restricted when it comes to the tools it offers. I can also get quick and simple access to my business data whenever I need it. It has been really useful for managing projects because it helps me coordinate and collaborate with my team through the task control feature which lets us evaluate and monitor projects together efficiently.

Cons

It's practical, user friendly and honestly I don't have any complaints about this app.

The design is modern and it is like a well crafted project management tool. That said it doesn't offer as many features as Asana or ClickUp.

Pricing is on the higher side especially when ClickUp offers more features for less.

It's very user friendly and simple to customize. The platform feels open so it can be adapted into all kinds of management tools depending on what you need.

Need better organization and communication? This program really covers both. It made it incredibly simple for my team to stay on track, coordinate our work and get a lot accomplished together.

Honestly there is very little to dislike about this program. It's easy to use and doesn't take much time to get up and running.

One thing that really stands out is how customizable this software is so people can set it up to get the results they want based on how they use the features and functions. It also comes with a lot of valuable tools, including app integrations, automations, multiple display views and team collaboration options.

Cons

The pricing can be pretty confusing since there are several different plans available. On top of that the app only gives a 14-day trial which doesn't feel long enough to properly learn how to use it. There's also a licensing requirement that can extend for at least 3 years.

Monday.com is really simple. It makes following project progress very simple and the whole setup and learning process felt quick and uncomplicated.

Honestly it has been excellent. I have not run into any problems with it.

I honestly cannot think of any downsides right now since I am still learning it and mainly using it because my job requires it.

Keeping tabs on projects and seeing the team's progress on every task is really easy with this. Emails often get ignored but people actually respond here. It's a powerful tool that brings a lot of transparency and accountability to the way the team works.

Cons

Nothing has really come up yet that bothers me. The only thing is that it works properly only when the team fills in all the dates. Without active participation, the board becomes useless but that feels more like a management issue than a problem with the software itself.

Using it has been a really positive experience because everything looks user friendly and well organized in one central place. My favorite part is how user friendly the platform is, both in how it works and how it looks. I am also impressed by the different ways tasks can be displayed, whether that's through timelines, maps, calendars, charts or other view options.

Cons

One thing I wasn't too happy with is the limited communication functionality. It really feels more like a task management platform than a tool built for team communication.

The pricing setup could be better because it starts getting expensive pretty quickly without offering much extra value in return.

Being able to mention teammates is a huge advantage because it keeps everyone updated and working in sync. The way it handles marketing campaign management is really excellent as well.

At times linking projects and tasks can be a bit complicated during setup. It would help to have more demos or training videos available.

Keeping tabs on projects in Monday.com works really well and helps get everything ready ahead of the delivery date. It's a very complete and dynamic platform especially well suited for larger projects. I also have not had issues when integrating different file types which is a big plus.

Cons

That said there are other tools whose free plans offer about as much as its basic version so those may be a better fit for students. The basic functions are easy to use but learning how to fully take advantage of all the features can take some time.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths has been how flexible the boards and workspaces are. We can set up workflows in a way that actually fits each department instead of forcing everyone into the same structure. Having a clear view of all the tasks assigned to each person also helps a lot with accountability and staying on top of work especially when those tasks cross over the usual department lines.

Cons

We are still learning the full range of features and figuring out the best ways to use the platform so there isn't much to complain about yet. If I could change one thing, I'd probably cut back on some of the notifications since updates and status changes can generate a lot of emails. Aside from that the rollout has been very easy.
