“Filters worked fantastically across departments”
Pros
This project management software really deserves credit. The whole concept is innovative and impressive and it covered everything I needed while still surprising me with the features it offers. One standout for me was the filter for tracking information which ended up being the best part of the software. The productivity it delivers is honestly hard to imagine.
Cons
I use both the web and mobile versions of the software and I genuinely don't have any complaints. The only addition that would be interesting is an option to sync a Google account since that would make updating the contact list much more convenient.

“Coordinated teams powerfully with this”
Pros
For team communication and project management this one seems like a must have platform for any organization. The UX is excellent, deployment is easy and it comes with plenty of automations and integrations.
Cons
I honestly cannot point to many downsides. If anything, the level of sophistication might make some non technical users hesitate to adopt it.

“performs disappointingly!”
Pros
The boards are visually appealing and it can generate reports that look professional and presentable.
Cons
Task assignment and time tracking cannot be divided properly between team members and workload forecasting has to be done manually. Since we started paying for it, we've actually spent more time on admin than before and setting everything up took a lot of time. On top of that any meaningful ICT support beyond what your own helpdesk can handle comes at a very high cost like around AUD1600 per day.

“Webhook customization felt quite limited”
Pros
One thing that worked well was how simple it was to connect a wide range of web-based tools and files in one place.
Cons
Back when we evaluated it around 2020 the workflow automation options felt too limited to really match what we needed. It came across as more geared toward non technical users and since we needed webhook integrations, the customization available there was not enough for our setup.

“We Like Monday!”
Pros
Its user-friendly, simple-to-use software. Mondays finest feature is its adaptability. I like that Monday can communicate with a variety of other products and automate many of the typical stages and notifications in our workflow through interactions, automation, and integrations.

Nothing of importance to mention here!

Keeping tabs on project status and deadlines is pretty easy and setting up new boards doesn't take much effort at all.

“Templates became our team favorites”
Pros
After trying other tools like Trello and Asana this one has had the best setup and template system for me. It's simple to build exactly what's needed and share it with both my team and outside contractors.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I'd call a real negative with this system.

“Client collaboration stayed well organized”
Pros
Working with clients has been much more manageable with this software. It helps keep communication and collaboration in one place, keeps me on track and lets me stay organized throughout the day so everything flows well. Since I started using it, I have mostly stopped relying on paper lists. Definitely something I'd recommend.
Cons
After trying plenty of collaboration tools, this one stands out because it's very easy to use. That said people looking for a more feature-heavy collaboration suite might feel it's a bit limited. For what I personally need though it handles the job just fine.

“suited startups perfectly”
Pros
As a startup it has been one of the simplest tools for putting our business processes into a clear structure and actually running them day to day. It's a really amazing platform and has worked very well for us.
Cons
There's a small learning curve at the beginning and it takes a little time to grasp the basics. Once that clicks though the overall experience becomes very positive.

“Keeps us updated and on top of our game!”
Pros
The functionality is excellent, and I like that there are sample movies available to demonstrate how to use specific functions. So far, the experience has been excellent with monday.com. It also saves us time and aids in the detection of issues prior to project launch.
Cons
Nothing too major, just a few glitches and bugs that can be easily resolved.

“Charts helped update teams effectively”
Pros
Keeping everyone across the company informed about what's happening with different projects is one of the biggest benefits of using this software. A feature we especially enjoyed was pulling sales figures from email and turning them into a clear monthly visual using the chart tool which made the data much easier to review and share.
Cons
The platform includes a huge number of features and that can feel a bit overwhelming. I personally ended up relying on just three or four core tools, while other people on the team gravitated toward different features that suited their own workflows better.

“Has been a great help to us!”
Pros
Mondays customer service crew is outstanding! They have always been quite helpful and pleasant, and their documentation is far more current than that of many other systems I have used. When I first started out, the sales crew was also fantastic. The degree of support they have provided was a big factor in our decision to go on Monday!

“Nearly perfect for larger groups”
Pros
Using it across my own projects and while collaborating with other teams was something I genuinely enjoyed. It feels nearly perfect for managing larger teams and more complex projects. If I were designing a project management platform myself, it would probably end up looking a lot like this.
Cons
Once you get further into the structure, it can start to feel overly complicated. At times things were hard to find because they ended up buried too deep within the project. Subtasks are definitely valuable but if they are not organized carefully, they can easily get lost.
