“Team project setup proved dependable”

Pros

Works well for getting a basic project management system set up and implemented especially when it comes to team engagement and collaboration.

Cons

At the same time I am not a big fan of this project management tool overall because it tends to make projects feel more complicated than they need to be.

Pros

Having multiple ways to view a project is something I really appreciate and the subtasks help break down each step with even more detail.

Cons

One thing I'd still want is a native Salesforce integration included in the Starter plan.

“Versatile workflows powered daily operations”

Pros

We rely on it for all kinds of tasks from tracking staff projects to keeping a master repository for leases and other sales-related items. There really seems to be no shortage of ways to use it once the workflow is set up properly. Anytime I have needed help customer service has responded quickly and been fantastic.

Cons

It comes with a huge number of features, including integrations and automations which is valuable but also means you need to spend time learning how to use the platform and get the most out of it. That's not really a negative but it definitely isn't the kind of software you can just set up and start using immediately.

Pros

One thing that really works well with this software is how flexible it is. You can set it up in a lot of different ways depending on what you need and different departments can tailor it to match their own workflows without much trouble.

Cons

There does seem to be a bit of a learning curve for some users. There are also a few minor annoyances, like the lack of auto-saving in an info box.

Pros

The interface looks amazing and user friendly and the level of customization is a big plus, even when it comes to setting up workflows.

Cons

Pricing is definitely on the high side. The free plan comes with a lot of restrictions and only supports two users which makes it unrealistic for most startups to use even though startups seem like the kind of audience it should be targeting.

Pros

I must say it is pretty easy to use and adoption across the team came naturally. It felt a bit like JIRA built for non technical users, with a much more approachable interface that was easier to navigate and use.

Cons

The only downside is that the reporting and metrics features feel a little limited and not quite as powerful as I'd want.

Pros

Available on both iOS and Android it makes it convenient to stay connected from anywhere. It does a really good job of keeping teammates accountable and the collaboration features help teams work together effectively. File sharing is also not a hassle and the steady stream of updates is another big plus.

Cons

I think the biggest downside is that it is not very beginner friendly. Anyone who is not already familiar with the interface may have a tough time figuring out how to navigate and use it at first.

Pros

One of the best parts is how well it works for team collaboration. Assigning tasks to different team members is really easy and it's also helpful being able to limit access to certain projects when needed, along with other useful controls.

Cons

The inbox though was confusing to work with and didn't display the kind of information I expected so it's not something we actually use.

Pros

Keeping up with all my tasks has been really convenient and the mentions from clients and other people help me stay on top of conversations. The notifications are useful overall and the platform is very simple to use.

Cons

There are just a few unnecessary email notifications and sometimes I even get duplicates for the same task.

Monday.com has been a really strong tool for keeping unique projects organized, managing HR related work and collaborating with other companies without much friction. We also rely on it to stay connected with other NPOs and partner organizations involved in our programs and it works well for that.

Cons

One part that still frustrates me is how hard it can be to find the personal dashboard screens. The layout can also feel cluttered because of notifications which makes things confusing when I log in and need to jump on urgent priorities right away.

Pros

Our product development team has become much better organized with this software and the platform is very simple to use.

Cons

A quick snapshot showing who is falling behind on projects or an alert for upcoming deadlines would be really useful. It seems like the system can handle this but it may require assigning several dates at each stage and then keeping them updated constantly.

Pros

Being able to set deadlines and clearly assign responsibility for each task is something I really like. It makes working in a group very organized and practically stress free.

Cons

There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning especially because there are so many options available. It helps a lot to have someone guide you through it the first time you use it.

There are several tools built into this software that are essential for just about any business. The developers did a really good job putting it together.

Cons

The deployment side isn't compatible with Chromebook desktops or with Windows and Linux on-premise environments.

There's a wide range of features and templates available so it works well for just about any kind of project management setup.

A few things could still be improved when it comes to full customization especially if you want graphs and tables together on a single page.

Working with Monday.com has been a fantastic experience overall. My team and I use it to collaborate on tasks and projects online, whether we are in the office or working from home. Staying in touch has never been an issue because the built in messenger works really well and makes it simple for everyone to connect and communicate with each other.

Cons

It is definitely helpful that the platform is very detailed when it comes to building projects and organizing tasks but that same level of detail makes it less appealing for handling simple repetitive work like daily tasks. Setting those up takes extra steps and it ends up feeling too complicated for something that should be much easier.

Keeping up with updates and tracking job tasks is very easy and simple to follow. The way teams are broken down is useful too.

Cons

At the same time the UI/UX looks pretty confusing. Switching between teams and locating things can be difficult and the software is not especially user friendly.

It is an incredible tool. The layout is user friendly and the design is clean and thoughtfully done so there's nothing distracting while you're learning how to use it.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much that I'd really count as a downside. We ran into a few small integration issues but they were minor and we managed to sort them out ourselves.

With Monday.com, Our Favourite feature is the ability to create a combination of statuses. Also, priorities aid in staying focused, and the softwares collaborative capabilities are both easy and powerful with this software.

Cons

One of the few cons I can think of is the absence of a repeating or scheduled task.

There's a huge amount this platform can handle I mean seriously, A LOT. Getting everything set up to do all of that can take plenty of tinkering and some frustration along the way but I am honestly surprised by how capable it is. The tracking features and the way it helps organize work have been excellent.

Cons

This definitely isn't something you can just start using right out of the box. It takes real effort to set it up in a way that fits your needs. Depending on the person or team, the time and work required might end up feeling like more than it's worth.

Pros

Having real time task management made it much easier to keep the team aligned and I could clearly track who handled each part of every task that was assigned. Since it's online, I was able to access it from anywhere which made staying updated really convenient.

Cons

A few simple tasks can feel more tedious than they should and there are times when certain tasks are harder to locate than expected.
