“Project dashboards remained absolutely top-notch”
Pros
Among dashboarding tools this is one of the best I have used for tracking and monitoring project progress internally within a specific team or division.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about this dashboarding tool. Tagging works really well and even the smaller features are excellent.

“Automation offered powerful flexibility overall”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to set up automations around pretty much any criteria I need. There's an incredible amount of functionality available, to the point where it can almost feel overwhelming in a good way.
Cons
Because the feature set is so powerful, it can be a challenge to get new users onboarded and help them understand how everything works. I also wish there were a pre-built Level of Effort or Priority field included.

“Project visibility stayed consistently clear”
Pros
Coming from other project management tools, being able to instantly see who's assigned to a project is a huge plus. Having that visible both on the main board and within individual projects makes a real difference. The way projects are laid out with subitems, owners, due dates and similar details is excellent for quickly scanning priorities at a glance.
Cons
Inside the projects though the interface looks confusing at best and stressful at worst. I have spent time trying to adjust it and make it fit the way I work but I still have not landed on a setup I am happy with. To be fair, I am pretty particular about how software looks and feels but this still comes across as too busy and harder to navigate than it needs to be.

“Versatile boards organized work effectively”
Pros
Using it is not a hassle and the interface looks really amazing. I rely on it for managing my team as well as keeping track of my own personal to do lists and having multiple boards makes that really practical. It helps separate different types of work clearly, depending on what you need each board for. The categorization options are also really useful and work well for organizing all kinds of tasks.
Cons
One limitation is that making boards private isn't available unless you're on a paid plan. That can be frustrating when you need a board for things you don't want visible to other team members so it does create a bit of an issue.

Monday is an exceptional software that gets the work done. Its easy to learn and easy to operate. Also, this software is quite inexpensive, yet it greatly aids in the running of small businesses.

“has everything needed”
Pros
It felt adaptable to the way our team actually works. Being able to build custom fields gave me that same level of control I usually rely on in Excel but all within a single platform. The interface also deserves a mention as it looks fantastic, feels responsive and makes the whole experience much more engaging. Our team took to it almost immediately and genuinely enjoyed using it.
Cons
Getting the dashboard set up took a bit of trial and error and I ended up spending some time with the Customer Success team to sort everything out. That said they were incredibly helpful throughout the process and even invited me to join a few user interview sessions for beta features which was actually a fun experience. It definitely gave me the sense that they truly value user feedback and care about their customers.

“color coded tracking worked effectively well”
Pros
Being able to color code the different components is really useful. It makes the relationships between items much clearer and sorting each column is easy as well. The alerts are helpful too and tracking task status is simple and convenient.
Cons
One limitation is that the columns have to stay the same for every group within a board. That works well in some situations but we've run into cases where it would be much more practical to have different columns within the same board.

“A great help for keeping us on track!”
Pros
The system is mostly intuitive, quick to pick up, and simple to teach to my staff. I, also, appreciate that the system allows me to modify what I require and has pre-built alternatives for a rapid start.
Cons
The only significant drawback for us is the reporting systems, but I could develop my own using the API if it was really important, so thats a minor shortcoming.

“Project tracking clicked immediately well”
Pros
One thing that really works well with this software is how it lets you manage multiple projects while breaking each one down into sections and even smaller subsections. That setup makes it much simpler to keep track of everything and quickly locate conversations or documents tied to a specific part of a project. It has cut down a lot on the time I used to waste digging through emails trying to find one important piece of information.
Cons
Another part I like is how the platform brings social media-style tools into the experience. The younger people in my office picked it up much faster because that style felt familiar to them. The older crowd, myself included, had a harder time learning it since we are not as used to working with those kinds of tools. Once you get past the learning curve, they are really useful. That said it could really use a much better training resource for older users because the current training videos just are not enough. Also I am not a fan of the name since autocorrect makes it unnecessarily confusing.

“We highly recommend Monday.com for project management!”
Pros
We like Monday.com for its simplicity of usage. Everything is plug and play once you have set up templates. I also like the fact that there are many different column designs to choose from to suit any occasion.
Cons
I believe that the system does need a few improvements if it were to handle bigger more complex projects.

“integrations are limited”
Pros
Having everything gathered in one place is really convenient and the labeling system along with the drag and drop functionality works nicely.
Cons
It doesn't connect with certain document tools like Google Docs and there's no Git integration either. In the end it mostly feels like a tool for shifting things around.

“Planning features proved genuinely helpful”
Pros
At the project management and planning level the product is quite easy to use and makes organizing work pretty manageable.
Cons
The calendar views could be much better as they feel too small, don't display enough detail and aren't very appealing visually. On top of that the app integrations which are supposed to be a big selling point, are actually frustrating to set up.
