“Features proved useful across departments”
Pros
The tool is fairly user friendly and the layout is simple to understand. Also it works well alongside other products so switching over didn't take much effort. On top of that new features seem to be added all the time which keeps the platform improving.
Cons
The pricing was the part I wasn't happy with. For a startup or small business, it feels expensive to maintain all the subscriptions needed to run things properly. I ended up going with the free version instead which has limited functionality but still covers everything I need.

“Versatile templates sped team planning”
Pros
Between the wide range of integrations, the variety of templates and the different ways to structure teams and define member roles, this platform works really well. It's also very user friendly and customizing or building project templates for each team and project is simple to do.
Cons
Well the part I like least is the way SOWs and project proposals are submitted. My guess is that the software is built more around Agile and Waterfall project management so the Scope of Work and project statements made for client presentations don't feel very user friendly compared with what I am used to and once they're created, they cannot really be edited.

“All project details centralized nicely”
Pros
Keeping track of product status is fast and easy and switching between groups doesn't take much effort. I can keep everything in one place so I am not digging around forever trying to find the details I need.
Cons
I wasn't a big fan of the options available in the personal to do section.

“Colorful management boosted productivity well”
Pros
Right from the start the interface looks modern and attractive and it's simple to get around. It's approachable for someone new to the platform and features like prompts, reminders, the project management tools and color coded tasks make it very user friendly.
Cons
One downside is that the free version is quite limited so you really need to pay for the full version to get the complete set of features. That can make it harder for new users who want to explore it properly before committing.

“costly expansion later”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use as the learning curve isn't overwhelming.
Cons
The design doesn't look very user friendly so I had to rely on quite a few tutorials. It also gets too expensive once you start scaling up.

“Task tracking stayed well organized”
Pros
Everything seems very organized in Monday.com. The navigation is a bit confusing at first but once you use it regularly, it starts to make more sense and becomes really helpful. Being able to leave notes and comments on tasks is also something I really appreciate.
Cons
It does connect with Slack and I am a big Slack fan. Since my current company doesn't use Slack though I cannot really tell how different the integrations are or how much value they add. It seems like that would probably make things a lot easier.

“Tracking looked visually appealing overall”
Pros
Monday.com is put together really well visually and the UX seems amazing and enjoyable to use. The color choices are attractive and it works especially well for someone who plans visually or learns better that way. It also makes project updates and staff details simple to check through icons, graphs and bar charts.
Cons
This is not exactly a downside but it does offer more features than we actually need. At times having so much available can make it feel like extra work to keep everything managed and updated.

“Simple interfaces proved very useful”
Pros
The app's usability is definitely one of its biggest strengths. Its clean, simple interface makes everything look good and really helps with everyday use of the platform.
Cons
One downside is the limit on the number of users. Since the license only allows a certain number, it can end up being an expensive tool for a company with more than 100 employees.

“Task planning consistently delivered well”
Pros
This software does a good job with task planning and management. There are plenty of other tools in this category that also perform well but this one holds up nicely.
Cons
The pricing is in line with other similar software options on the market. That said it would be even better with more customizable or distinctive features.

“Templates accelerated team planning considerably”
Pros
It is user friendly from a UX standpoint. Moving items around with drag and drop is simple and it's convenient to add descriptions, comments and tag teammates as needed. I also really appreciate how many templates they offer. Our marketing team relies on the sprint board quite a bit and it works really well for us.
Cons
Coming from tools like Trello or Asana, the collapsing and expanding panel on the left can feel a bit confusing in the beginning. There are also so many features, options and colors that it can seem a little overwhelming at first but it's a very minor issue since you adjust to it pretty quickly.

“extra daily maintenance needed”
Pros
Project and progress visualization looked very amazing and engaging and it made the information being shared much easier to understand and absorb.
Cons
This felt like an unnecessary tool for employees who were already fully capable of managing their own projects on time. For people who didn't really need project tracking, it actually slowed things down by adding yet another platform they had to check and update every day.
