“performs terribly overall”
Pros
At first glance the interface is attractive and in a very specific hypothetical scenario, it seems like it could do the job.
Cons
Underneath the modern look this seems like a cleverly packaged spreadsheet replacement that barely goes beyond that. Managing structured, relational data is almost impossible here. If there's a relationship set up in one area, like an account tied to a salesperson or a project linked to a project manager, that same relationship should be usable anywhere else that account or project appears. That capability just isn't there. Even more frustrating, the platform lets you mirror data so you can sometimes see it where it belongs but you still cannot actually do anything with it. The automations and other heavily advertised features don't recognize data that is visibly sitting right there. At this point every single thing I have tried to accomplish in the software has hit a dead end. Support answers quickly and stays polite but the help itself is weak and basically useless. They also rotate active support tickets between different people so even when it's the exact same issue, every email feels like starting from scratch. The company feels completely disorganized and anyone who bought into their recent IPO was misled.

“Setup simplified project workflow nicely”
Pros
Monday.com takes almost no effort to use. The layout is simple, the interface is user friendly and the overall design is really appealing.
Cons
A few of the team engagement features come across as a bit cheesy. For example, I don't really need a celebration every time a new hire joins a location 1,500 miles away.

“Remote teamwork worked well practically”
Pros
With most of our team working from home, this has pretty much everything I need to handle remote work well. The project management features are amazing and assigning roles to each team member is easy so everyone can focus on their own tasks with clear goals.
Cons
One thing that slows us down is software integrations. Any new integration needs approval from an administrator and they have to manually enable it before it can be used. That takes extra time on the admin side and honestly I don't think integrations should have to be controlled that way.

“Our company did not have good experience with Monday.com”
Pros
The system seems simple to operate.
Cons
The software quite clearly lacks the ability to manage and structure projects. The team is incompetent and does not respond on time. Automation is flawed and functionality needs to be improved.

“Project management has never been easier!”
Pros
With Monday I like that users emails are synced and the messages are received by the team. Implementation is easy and less time-consuming as compared to the other software we have previously used.

Sometimes customer support is not available to respond to our queries and navigation is confusing for beginners.

“A Powerful CRM system!”
Pros
It is a fantastic platform! Its features make it possible to organize and build up projects in an infinite number of ways. I also like that its highly intuitive and simple to use.
Cons
The customer support team needs to up their game; their lack of responsiveness is the only thing that is keeping Monday.com from being the best project management system out there.

“Showed strong potential everywhere used”
Pros
There's a lot of potential here to turn it into a really capable project management tool when it's set up and used well.
Cons
It can be a bit tricky to use properly and getting the most out of it takes a high level of familiarity with the entire system across the whole team.

“Powerful tools handled team tasks”
Pros
Our team gets a lot out of this platform because it comes with so many features and tools we need to manage projects and daily tasks effectively. It's powerful enough that we've even started using functions we never used in our previous software and Asana introduced tools that help us handle tasks in a better and more efficient way.
Cons
One area where Asana falls a bit short is report generation. Some of the metrics and fields I need are missing and there's currently no way to add them because the report customization isn't flexible enough. I have already raised this with Asana's customer support but nothing has changed yet.

“transition was difficult”
Pros
The interface has a clean look and there are plenty of features available. Being able to visualize workflows is a really valuable part of the platform for a lot of users.
Cons
Getting it to fit into my existing business process was challenging. I tried it after receiving an invitation and since I have been using Trello for years, I was curious to see what it could offer. In the end the features were well executed but not in a way that made me want to move away from Trello.

“color coded collaboration boosted teamwork”
Pros
A coworker recommended it to help us manage social media projects and other areas of the business more effectively and it's been an amazing choice. Organizing everything is very simple, the color coding helps a lot and it works well for teams that need to collaborate.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a wider range of collaboration tools, like graphs, document space and similar features. It feels excellent for keeping things organized but not as strong when it comes to the actual hands-on work. A more collaborative workspace with extra built in tools would make it even better.

“Versatile boards organized daily operations”
Pros
The llama farm is such a fun touch as it keeps me motivated and gives a real sense of reward when I finish tasks. The colors throughout the platform also make it feel more engaging. Overall the software is very user friendly and flexible. Getting everything set up was simple and I regularly duplicate older boards when I need to build a new one. I recently combined two boards and that process worked out really well. There's also a student discount but you need to ask for it since it isn't listed on their website. If you qualify, the discount is very generous.
Cons
The mobile app can be glitchy at times especially when it comes to dashboards. Even on desktop, the dashboards sometimes feel limited and don't offer as much functionality as I'd want.

“Colorful tracking was a win”
Pros
Every day this is what we rely on to keep our tasks organized. It keeps my team aligned on projects and gives everyone a clear view of where things stand. The interface is bright, colorful and simple to navigate and the email alerts are really helpful for keeping up with new posts and activity when the platform isn't open on my screen.
Cons
One concern I have is that the cost has been climbing over time and I am worried it could eventually move outside of our budget.
