“Teamwork hub proved consistently approachable”

Pros

Everything about Monday.com feels very user friendly. It's affordable for a team, comes with a lot of features and does a really good job of bringing multiple teams and departments together around one project.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about because it works well overall. If I had to point to anything, I'd say better support for embeddable videos on project boards and more accessible customer support would make it even better.

After getting familiar with how it works the interface becomes very easy to use. Plus it adapts well to projects across just about any industry and tracking progress in real time is simple. It's also convenient to communicate with team members directly within the platform.

Cons

The setup at the beginning could be more user friendly and having more online tutorials would help make the transition much smoother.

The user experience and interface are very flexible and simple to understand.

Honestly I am happy with everything especially being able to view everything together in one place.

Its an outstanding option for managing and communicating. The software appealed to me since it is really user-friendly and easy to implement. I also appreciate that the team is constantly trying to improve and update the system.

The only thing that I do not like about this software is that they do not have a payment feature as this makes the system a bit time-consuming.

Pros

Adding new tasks and subtasks in this software is very comfortable and the whole process is simple. Overall the platform is user friendly and simple to work with on a daily basis.

Cons

The email notifications and subscription updates are really overwhelming. Even after changing the mailing settings, it still keeps sending daily status messages and other updates so I ended up turning everything off.

Pros

Monday.com is a vibrant and effective way to organize team activities and assign tasks to coworkers. The colorful interface makes it easy to identify each task at a glance and it also allows users to add customized comments directly to tasks.

Cons

It would be even better if users had the option to choose from preloaded comments as well. Typing personalized comments every single time can lead to mistakes and takes extra time.

Pros

Everything worked really well and I'd definitely recommend it. I used Monday.com as part of a team on a business development project and it was a very positive experience overall.

Cons

There weren't any major downsides to mention. I am only adding something here because the review requires it but overall my experience was positive.

Pros

After trying quite a few tools this is the one that really stands out for flexibility. It costs noticeably more than other options but it works as an excellent replacement for spreadsheets, databases and traditional project management tools. The webforms are also useful for collecting data and switching between project views, Gantt boards and project mapping is very easy.

Cons

The part that looks a bit more confusing than in other platforms is the messaging system. Even with that, I only wish we had come across this solution earlier. We've tested several project management providers and this is still the closest we've found to software that truly matches what we need.

Monday.com is user friendly. As it's simple to work in with both team members and clients and the visual layout makes it really clear to see what's happening at any given time.

Cons

One downside is that a lot of integrations still need a third party connector to work and there are also usage limits on certain features.

A really useful tool that I'd definitely recommend for fast-paced environments. It handles project management well and also fits nicely with Agile workflows.

Cons

The UI still has room for improvement and the product development team should be more engaged with development teams and do a better job of taking feedback on board.

Pros

The first thing that stood out to me was the look and feel of the software. It has a modern design and offers a lot of value when it comes to staying organized and collaborating on projects with coworkers.

Cons

At the same time it looks a bit more involved than what I personally need. I am really just looking for something very simple to keep track of my tasks so this comes across as a little too feature-rich for my use.

“Updates happened real time everywhere”

Pros

One thing I really like about Monday.com is the real time updating and the fact that everything stays saved in the cloud. It's really helpful being able to pull up files that were uploaded months earlier and search past conversations no matter how old they are. The large file upload limit is also a huge plus especially in the design industry where we regularly need to send big files for review. It's nice not having to upload everything to Dropbox first and then move it over again. On top of that it makes communication with coworkers quick and convenient.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any major complaints about this product. At times it can feel a little crowded or confusing but that also has a lot to do with how we set up our interface. There are also plenty of features we still don't use, mostly because the platform already offers so much and we have not really taken the time to learn all of the newer tools.

Pros

Bringing several people and teams into the same project is where this really shines. Feedback and collaboration happen right away which helps everyone stay on track and keeps the whole process visible to the entire team.

Cons

One downside is that there are so many options and screens to go through that learning the platform well takes quite a bit of time. It definitely took me a while to figure out how to use the tools as effectively as possible.

Pros

One of the strongest things about this software is how flexible its integrations and plug-ins are with third party services like Jira and Freshdesk. I am able to manage everything from this one platform and that saves me a good amount of time. That matters a lot when I am juggling multiple tasks at once.

Cons

It really becomes cost-effective only when you have a larger number of users in the organization since it can feel pretty expensive for a small or mid-sized company. Aside from the higher pricing though I have not really run into any other issues with the software.

Pros

Keeping tabs on task and project progress was the biggest thing we needed from a project management tool and it handles that really well. The dashboard looks amazing and appealing and the features are organized clearly by category so it's simple to locate the tools I need.

Cons

Because the platform includes so many advanced and fairly complex features, it takes a lot more time to fully learn and explore everything. There are also quite a few tools we never end up using since they would only make our workflow and progress more complicated.

The platform lets me tailor the automatic movement of items to fit my workflow and the frequent notifications help me stay updated all the time.

At the start it was a bit confusing to figure out which features I actually needed to use.

One thing I really like is being able to import data from other cloud based management tools without much hassle. On the Pro plan the chart view is especially useful for seeing exactly which stage each task is in and the time tracking feature adds a lot of value too.

Cons

The biggest downside is the pricing. It's not cheap and everything is billed annually. The Basic plan doesn't offer much so the platform only really starts to feel worthwhile once you move up to the Standard plan.

Right away the dashboard and interface felt really well put together. There are plenty of useful features and the automation options add a lot of value to the overall experience.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that I couldn't find any email tools for automating sends. As a freelancer, it's also frustrating that the lowest plan starts at three users instead of offering something for solo use. I also wish there were a dashboard view specifically for tracking overdue projects.

Between task tracking, project management and even handling client communication, this platform covers almost everything we need. It's incredibly flexible and we've been able to build full process support workflows around it, including connections with our other information systems.

Cons

Getting the full value out of it really means going with the top-tier plan and that can feel expensive compared with some other tools. Still, once you make that investment, it completely changes how you manage work and it's hard to imagine going back.

Handling team projects and task management with this tool has been very flexible and it can really boost productivity when you know how to use it well. The knowledge base is very good and helps us work effectively while making the most of the tools in our plan. It also offers a strong range of integrations with other apps which makes our workflow smoother and improves the way we work overall.

Cons

Support is good but it is not as quick as I would expect. The plans are well designed too, although some features are missing from the lower-tier options. It would be better if those features were included in all plans, even if they came with some limitations.
