“Instant updates improved project flow”
Pros
Instant updates make Monday.com really useful for keeping projects, campaigns and tasks organized. Conversations and project updates are simple to manage right within the platform which helps a lot with overall workflow. The GIFs are also a fun little bonus.
Cons
With so many campaigns and projects happening at once some things can still get lost. I am also not a fan of the inbox feature and I still have not found a setup that works well for social media planning.

“Collaborative boards organized work nicely”
Pros
Being able to build boards, assign tasks with deadlines and collaborate with the team was definitely a plus. We also liked that GDS reports could be added in. That said it still didn't fully meet what we were looking for since we needed something more powerful than a modern kanban board with task and chat features. For our day to day management, too much of it felt too high-level.
Cons
The setup was a challenge from the start. Creating labels for everything and managing the boards took more effort than we expected. It ended up being too difficult to set up and maintain especially since we were looking for software that would require less hands-on time, not more.

“Project tracking was a powerhouse”
Pros
Keeping projects and tasks organized has been much more manageable with this. It makes it really simple to stay on top of everything and keep track of the many moving parts happening at once.
Cons
Its interface can feel a little tricky at times when you're trying to figure out where certain things are but after spending some time with it, it becomes fairly easy to use.

“Project planning booster proved versatile”
Pros
Across different departments this has been a really useful platform for keeping multiple projects organized. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with and it saves a lot of time when planning work, building out timelines and keeping project updates current.
Cons
The downside is that getting access to additional features means upgrading to a higher-tier plan and that can become pretty expensive when you have a lot of users on the platform.

“Too restrictive for our workflow”
Pros
It's a very simple, no-frills site for keeping track of tasks and upcoming deadlines. The layout is user friendly, it's very easy to use and there aren't a ton of options which means there's less chance of messing something up.
Cons
That simplicity also comes with a downside because it's clearly missing features and doesn't offer much room to customize things for the way your company actually works. If your needs happen to fit within what they provide, you probably won't find a cheaper option.

“Team tracking got welcome boost”
Pros
Keeps team tasks organized really well and helps organize day to day work. It's simple to view tasks, monitor progress, categorize everything properly and set schedules, alarms or reminders when needed. That said it feels more useful for teams than for someone running a business alone.
Cons
When you're working solo, it doesn't seem to save that much time. There's also a chance of overlooking certain tasks if you're not fully familiar with the platform's core features.

“there are limitations”
Pros
Turning an Excel spreadsheet into a collaborative cloud based tool is very easy which makes it handy for sharing and working with others.
Cons
That simplicity is pretty much where it ends, though. When I try to expand the system to cover more of my workflow and process, it starts to feel limited and leaves me wanting more functionality.

“Team visibility improved significantly here”
Pros
This product has been really helpful for keeping the team organized and giving everyone clearer visibility into current tasks and what other team members are working on.
Cons
At the same time it felt a lot like many other project management tools already on the market. There are definitely other options that can achieve similar results without having to pay for an additional platform.

“Remote teamwork worked fantastically well”
Pros
With a fast growing remote team this tool has been fantastic for keeping everyone aligned on projects and working from the same page. The standout feature for us is the forms which we now use to let clients submit new work requests directly.
Cons
Honestly nothing specific comes to mind. With a bit of training or time spent learning it, the platform is very user friendly.

“Adapted well across departments used”
Pros
Its flexibility is what really makes it stand out. Whatever you need to build from an organizational point of view, it can handle it, as long as you're willing to dig in a bit and spend some time setting things up properly.
Cons
There are so many possibilities that it's easy to feel a little lost at first. Thankfully, the documentation is extremely well written and because of that I have hardly ever needed to reach out to support.

“Task tracking tools proved powerful”
Pros
Getting started with Monday.com feels very user friendly and once you learn your way around the platform there are lots of extra features that really help save time. It works especially well for keeping track of tasks and managing projects.
Cons
I noticed there are plenty of tutorial videos online and they also host webinars to help people get set up. That said unless you buy 20 seats, it's mostly a self-taught platform which can make the learning process harder for some users.

“Flexible workflows powered daily efficiency”
Pros
Task organization is one of the best parts especially with the canvas style format and the flexibility to add dynamics and detailed information to each step. Uploading documents and leaving comments is also very easy which makes day to day collaboration much more practical.
Cons
Some group configuration tasks take far too many steps which can be frustrating. There's also a constant feeling of having to relearn parts of the system to use it properly and overall it isn't as user friendly as it could be.

“Brilliant boards and organization overall”
Pros
It is user friendly and it comes with lots of tools that help keep everything organized and make reminders simple. Sharing files with other team members is also really practical and the boards are honestly one of my favorite parts.
Cons
Honestly it's such a complete application that I cannot really point out anything bad about it. Up to now, it's been one of the best options I have seen in its field for project management, human resources and more.

“Agile coordination with good tracking”
Pros
Quick access, easy syncing with the app and simple integration with other people make it very practical to use. It's an excellent work tool for coordinating, tracking, monitoring and evaluating processes and tasks.
Cons
Some features and settings are a bit complicated to implement in the app. It would also help to add a notification and alert function for certain tasks.

“Workflow hub scaled effectively well”
Pros
The platform is easy to use, scales well as our needs grow and can be tailored to fit the way our team works. It's also simple to manage from an admin side.
Cons
Its approach is intentionally broad and simple, aiming to cover as many needs as possible. Because of that, it feels more like a general solution with a user friendly interface than a niche product built for a very specific market or specialized use case.

“Team collaboration hub stayed flexible”
Pros
Having my team communicate directly within the platform has been a big plus. It gives you plenty of notification customization options which helps a lot. The flexibility is another standout since you can organize multiple tasks all in one place. It also lets you automate a large part of your workflow.
Cons
Being able to share it with the whole team is definitely helpful but the downside is that everyone can customize it which can sometimes create inconsistency.

“Helped improve team visibility nicely”
Pros
One thing that's been really helpful is having large teams work in the same system while being able to track how different projects are progressing in one place.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the program has taken some time. Most of what I am looking at makes sense but I still hesitate before making changes because I worry I might accidentally affect something for other users.

“Task tracking proved absolutely fantastic”
Pros
Working almost a full day behind the rest of my team because of time zone differences, I have really appreciated the task management features. It makes it simple to keep up with my assigned work, due dates and comments and I get instant Slack alerts whenever a new task comes in.
Cons
A few of the features feel a little finicky and unnecessary for the way our team works, though I can see how they might be useful in other industries so it's not a dealbreaker.
