“Popular across every department used”
Pros
Overall it's an amazing app. It's simple to get started with and offers pretty much every feature I would expect. A lot of companies rely on it so it's becoming something of a standard like already knowing how to use it can make settling into a new workplace much easier.
Cons
At the same time I don't fully understand all the hype around it. It's a good app but there are plenty of similar tools out there that cost a lot less. Sometimes it seems like the product is fairly user friendly and paying around $10 per user each month can add up quickly especially for larger companies.

“Project hub kept everything centralized”
Pros
Running one project or several at once is very manageable with this platform because it includes the features, integrations and tools we needed. Having one central place to oversee our design studio's work, track project progress, monitor job status and handle everything else was essential for us and it absolutely came through.
Cons
The time tracking feature still has room for improvement but aside from that the software itself is excellent. The pricing is definitely a bit expensive, though it still feels worth paying for.

“saved us hours”
Pros
Keeping projects and team updates organized is very easy with this platform. It's user friendly, simple to work with and gives everyone the flexibility to build boards around their own needs while still having access to the full set of tools and features. The automations are especially impressive and cut down a lot on the manual updates that would otherwise need to be done on every board.
Cons
Getting the automations set up at first was a bit challenging. It took some time, along with training videos and a little trial and error, before everything really clicked. Once I got past that learning curve though it became much easier to use the automations and even build custom ones myself.

“Tracking kept me perfectly scheduled”
Pros
Creating tasks in it is very easy and that's the part I like most. It makes organizing both short term and long term projects really simple and it has been a big help when it comes to staying aware of deadlines.
Cons
At the beginning the platform felt a bit overwhelming because there are so many customization options and features to look through. After spending some time with it though it started to make a lot more sense and became really useful especially for managing several detailed projects and keeping everything aligned with deadlines.

“Quick project setup was a win”
Pros
It is surprisingly easy to use. We were honestly surprised by how fast tasks could be turned into full projects.
Cons
One concern is that some employees and even tech teams feel like big brother is watching them. They're also not very open to managing projects with a new product.

“Collaboration worked fantastically well overall”
Pros
As a project management platform this worked really well for us. We didn't make heavy use of all the extra features but for a company-wide project it was excellent for collaboration and keeping tasks organized.
Cons
Honestly there's very little to complain about. Even the app performed well and that's where most of our work was logged.

“Teamwork useful, setup painfully slow”
Pros
Working with teammates was very easy and getting a team together with a few colleagues worked well for what we needed. It made collaboration simple and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
The setup process takes longer than it should. There are quite a few steps just to sign up and I wasn't a fan of how much time that part required. A faster onboarding process would really help.

“my teams adopted it quickly”
Pros
The software is very easy to use and the entire team was able to get comfortable with it in a short time.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints. The only thing is that it needs regular updates and consistent use from the team to keep everything organized.

“Calendar sync consistently delivered well”
Pros
One of the strongest parts of Monday.com is how well it brings tasks into the calendar which makes planning work much more practical. The platform is user friendly and helps keep projects organized, manage timelines efficiently and stay on top of deadlines.
Cons
As a software developer I'd still love to see more integrations with tools like GitHub. That said it already does a really good job especially with the calendar integration.

“Strong tracking met every deadline”
Pros
The thing I really like is how flexible and capable it is. Building tracking sheets that work together and update dynamically is very easy which makes managing workflows much better.
Cons
The automation side feels a little limited. I'd like more control over which kinds of changes can trigger notifications, along with more flexibility in what those notifications can actually include.

“Friendly setup had teams running”
Pros
Two things really stand out to me that is the pricing and how simple it is to use. They offer several monthly plan options so it can fit the needs of almost any organization.
Cons
It also comes with a lot of tools and because of that, I sometimes need to watch video tutorials to fully understand how to use everything in the best way.

“interface is a bit cluttered”
Pros
There were a lot of different ways to structure and organize all kinds of information which I appreciated.
Cons
Because adding new columns and rows was so simple for organizing things, too many ended up getting added and it became overwhelming to keep everything in one clear, concise place where information was easy to find.

“Kept every project advancing steadily”
Pros
Being able to see the status of everything in one place has been a big plus for us. When several people are involved in the same project, it makes coordinating the work and staying updated much more manageable.
Cons
One challenge has been the integrations since they're a bit difficult to work with. We wanted to test a few of them but it wasn't very clear how to get started. I have gone through the seminars and even contacted customer service and while they were helpful to a point, we don't always have the time to sit down and sort it all out.

“syncing proved quite helpful”
Pros
One thing that really worked well was the ability to sync information from other project management platforms which made moving data between systems much more convenient.
Cons
Getting used to it wasn't as user friendly as some other project management tools. My choices felt a bit restricted and I eventually went back to the software I was using before.

“Team timelines clicked perfectly well”
Pros
With everyone on our marketing team handling different responsibilities, this let us collaborate on the same project while still keeping each other in the loop on individual tasks. It was especially helpful for laying out work timelines and clearly breaking down each team member's to do list.
Cons
At times the interface felt a bit crowded with all the colors, tabs and available options. Still, after spending a little time exploring and searching through it, it became much more manageable.

“Organized workflow powered daily efficiency”
Pros
The platform is fairly easy to use and the search function is really helpful. Even for someone using it for the first time, it's pretty simple to set up and follow each file, message, related email or task history, all while keeping everything together in one place.
Cons
One feature I'd really appreciate is a way to expand all sub-items at once. It would make team board reviews much more efficient since having to click into every single sub-item individually takes extra time.

“Adapted well across departments practically”
Pros
Getting started with Monday.com is almost effortless and the whole team was able to pick it up without much trouble. Everyone is really happy using it and on top of that it works well for managing our projects too.
Cons
There is a slight learning curve at times although it is not too difficult overall. The updates often introduce a lot of useful and informative improvements which I really appreciate. That said it does occasionally get buggy and can be a bit frustrating.

“Task blocks stayed nicely flexible”
Pros
Being able to create task blocks and let the team drag them into the right tabs once work was assigned was really useful.
Cons
At the same time getting everything organized in a way that actually made sense was challenging for us and it took extra effort to keep reminding employees to check the workflow.

“Clean design worked well practically”
Pros
Right away the visual layout seems decent and the platform is very easy to work with. Creating tasks is simple and checking who is responsible for each one is just as hassle free. It is like a blend of Kanban boards and Excel spreadsheets in one place, with alerts and notifications that help keep everything on track.
Cons
Pricing is the part that hurts a bit. Even for a small team, it feels fairly expensive and since there are only two of us working across separate projects, having to buy separate licenses makes it feel costly especially when those four projects are completely unrelated.
