Visual tracking was a winner

Pros

Using this gave us a clear, visual way to see what everyone had on their plate. Each morning, we'd pull up each person's board for the day and it made workload planning much easier to understand at a glance.

Cons

That said it fit some people's workloads better than others. If someone's tasks didn't really move through clear progressive steps, it was more difficult to represent their progress on the board.

Teamwork booster proved highly productive

Pros

The interface is very user friendly and the features and functions are genuinely useful. It works really well for collaborating with other team members and being able to build project pipelines makes it much easier to see everything digitally. It has helped our team stay much more focused and productive throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Cons

It may sound obvious but you really get the most value from it only when everyone uses it. We had to spend some time convincing a few team members that it was worth adopting but once they started using it, they didn't want to work without it.

Layout gave me mixed feelings

Pros

It is pretty easy to use and it does a good job of keeping everyone aligned and on the same page. We did need to customize it to fit the way our team works and there's definitely a bit of an adjustment since you have to remember to check it every day and work through the somewhat unattractive layout.

Cons

The rest of my team really doesn't enjoy using it because they find it confusing, even though I personally don't agree. Their biggest complaints are the layout and how difficult it feels to navigate.

no training needed to use

Pros

I like it because it hardly requires any training. The platform is user friendly, integrates with many popular tools like Slack, Salesforce and Gmail and the automations are especially impressive.

Cons

One downside is that it offers so many capabilities that it can start to feel overwhelming. There are countless ways to build and organize boards which can make it difficult to figure out the best setup for your needs.

worth the price

Pros

After using this for quite a while we really have not had any major complaints. It took plenty of practice but now we can move around the platform comfortably. It has definitely been money well spent and has made collaboration across our team much better.

Cons

Getting familiar with all the details took some time and learning how everything worked wasn't immediate. At first the platform can feel a bit intimidating but once you spend enough time with it, it starts to make sense and works well.

Bold design captured attention immediately

Pros

There's no question the marketing has been very effective and the app's bright, bold interface definitely helps it stand out. Those two things alone probably do a lot to get people interested and give the product a strong first impression.

Cons

Oddly I still have a hard time keeping up with projects and tasks in it. That may partly come down to the way my clients have it set up since I am using it because they already were but it often feels like an organizational mess. At times it reminds me of a digital wall covered in sticky notes.

Team planning proved highly productive

Pros

Using this platform has been really helpful for our team because it's user friendly and keeps everyone focused on the work that needs to get done. Being able to assign tasks to teammates and add due dates makes a big difference and helps us stay productive throughout the week.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this software. We use it every day without any trouble and it does a good job of helping our team stay organized and plan the week ahead of time.

Planning powerhouse proved nicely versatile

Pros

Planning and tracking projects, finances, tasks, goals and just about anything else seems very easy. We use it for many different needs and it's been incredibly flexible. The possibilities really do seem endless.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about with the product. If anything, having more color options would be a nice addition.

Workflow upgrade felt completely transformative

Pros

This has completely changed the way I work. Everything is organized now and I always know exactly what needs to be done to stay on track and on schedule.

Cons

I honestly cannot imagine how I kept up with my job before we started using it. Now the whole process feels much more manageable.

Flexible workspace handled absolutely everything

Pros

Managing everything in one workspace has been very comfortable for our team. It has made planning, tracking and presenting our work much simpler. The display options have been especially helpful because I can look at the same data as a map, calendar, timeline or kanban board and really see what's going on. The flexibility, customization and automation are a huge advantage and make the platform genuinely useful. Trying to keep a workflow running on a complex system would be frustrating but this software avoids that completely. It gives us the freedom to work in the way that suits us best and that has taken a lot of pressure off our daily business operations.

Cons

Its pricing felt a bit high at first although when I compare it with the level of service and functionality it provides, it ends up feeling quite fair.

Flexible tracking proved a winner

Pros

The customizable task statuses are really useful and being able to comment on tasks, tag coworkers and reply directly through email notifications makes collaboration much better. It also feels more user friendly than Asana.

Cons

The number of notifications can get overwhelming at times. It works well for internal teams but I am less confident about setting up accounts for customers.

Collaboration hub kept everyone aligned

Pros

Being able to invite guests and work alongside teammates has been a big plus. It cuts out the constant back-and-forth emails for status updates, keeps everyone aligned and gives us one central place to rely on for the latest information.

Cons

One challenge is that it can feel almost too customizable. There are so many possible use cases and different ways to organize and use the platform that it can be a bit overwhelming at the beginning. My team is only 4-5 people and even then, it took some effort to agree on how we should use it, like when something should be a new item versus a new group or whether it really needs its own board. we are still refining that approach all the time. You really have to commit as a team and accept that board setup will keep evolving. The first version of any board is rarely going to be perfect so keeping everyone engaged is important so people do not go off in their own direction or use the system inconsistently.

Platform remained friendly across departments

Pros

The platform is user friendly and is easy to understand.

Cons

The CRM side still needs more development especially when it comes to follow-up. Compared with it, I think HubSpot offers a better CRM solution.

kept projects perfectly timed

Pros

Keeping projects organized has been much easier with this platform. It helps me stay on top of the progress of every project I am handling and the tracking features are very convenient. Collaboration is also much better because my colleagues and I can work on the same projects together, exchange ideas efficiently and keep everything well organized. It saves me a lot of time overall and consistently reminds me of what I need to do.

Cons

One downside is that some of my colleagues do not use this software so we cannot always manage our projects through this platform. Because of that there are times when we are unable to collaborate using this tool. Also some features are not very simple so I had to spend time learning what they were for. For example, my colleague and I needed a while at the beginning to figure out how some of the tools worked.

Perfect fit for our entire team

Pros

Every day I rely on Monday.com to monitor how students move through our application process. Our SIS just doesn't offer the kind of functionality this platform gives us. We checked out other options but they either were missing what we needed or felt too confusing to work with. Once I came across Monday.com, it was clear right away that it was exactly the right solution for our team.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing about using it that I dislike.

Automation handled everything automatically well

Pros

One of the biggest wins for me is the automation feature because it cuts out the repetitive work of setting up tasks that need to happen every day. Once I set up the items I need my team to handle on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule, Monday.com automatically creates and manages them. That means I don't have to keep entering the same tasks over and over or remember to remind staff myself. It really handles that part for me.

Cons

Getting started felt a bit intimidating in the beginning and I think it would be really helpful if there were an option to schedule time with someone from IT who could walk me through the best way to use the product. Having that kind of guidance upfront would make onboarding much easier. Even so, I could tell the software would be useful so I stuck with it.

Status tracking met every deadline

Pros

One thing that really works well is how clearly the platform shows assigned tasks. It's very simple to understand who is responsible for what and what each person is currently working on. The status tools are also user friendly and make tracking progress very easy to follow.

Cons

Document and workflow management still has room for improvement especially when it comes to the flows section. Pricing is another downside since it can feel a bit expensive and less practical for smaller initiatives.

well basics are missing

Pros

The project and task layout looks amazing and visually appealing. Bringing in tasks from an existing Excel file was easy and it cuts down setup time quite a bit.

Cons

A big gap is the lack of recurring task functionality which is disappointing at this monthly price point especially since a minimum of three users is required. You would expect that feature to be included, particularly when direct competitors like ClickUp and Asana already offer it. There's also no single-user option so start-ups and solo business owners are forced to pay for at least three users on the basic plan at $11 per user each month.

Teamwork kept advancing steadily forward

Pros

Every day I rely on it to manage my teams, assign work and stay updated on progress. It keeps collaboration very fun and easy and I would definitely recommend it for functional projects involving multidisciplinary teams.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints about this app. It works in a very simple manner and delivers useful information right when I need it to monitor operational progress. I am just excited to see how future updates make it even better.
