“Project organization proved absolutely fantastic”
Pros
Keeping track of tasks with Monday.com has been really helpful. The layout is simple to navigate and it does a good job of helping me organize and schedule my projects efficiently.
Cons
The app can be a little buggy at times and the mobile version still doesn't feel fully optimized. I'd recommend sticking with the desktop version for now.

“Worked well across departments practically”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me is how user friendly it is. It also syncs with users emails which helps make sure messages and updates are actually received.
Cons
Well the part I wasn't a fan of was the Visualize Work with Views feature since the layout doesn't feel very user friendly for people who aren't tech-savvy.

“Flexible boards suited team projects”
Pros
When a project involves a lot of team collaboration and tasks need to be assigned and broken down into very specific steps, this platform offers enough detail and functionality to keep everything organized and well documented. Each task can include plenty of useful fields and the board customization is strong enough to adapt to many different workflows and project types.
Cons
That same level of detail can also be a downside, though. If you only need a simple task manager or you're handling your own tasks solo, it can feel too complex and a bit more than necessary.

“Automations shined and saved hours”
Pros
Remote communication has been a big win for our team and we've really been enjoying the manipulation tools and automations as well.
Cons
The setup looks a little too open-ended and could definitely use more guidance. I also wish there were an MMS integration option on the general team board, unless I am completely overlooking it.

“Visual tracking proved a winner”
Pros
Keeping tabs on multiple project related tasks is very easy with this software and the visual layout makes progress really clear and appealing to follow.
Cons
Its pricing can get a bit high especially when you need to add more users. That can end up limiting how many team members actually use it.

“efficient tool”
Pros
Using it is genuinely enjoyable because the interface looks modern and nice. As a general project or product management tool, it works really well and is very easy to learn and use.
Cons
Where it fell short for me was in how much depth it offered. A few times I tried to accomplish specific tasks, hit limitations and after checking with support, I usually found out that the feature I needed simply wasn't available.

It takes a little time to get comfortable navigating the site but exploring all the tools actually makes it enjoyable.

“Teamwork accelerated noticeably every day”
Pros
Back when we relied only on email for daily tasks and project tracking, everything felt slower and less connected. Since switching to this, our team has been collaborating much better and getting things done a lot faster.
Cons
No cons to share if I am being real.

“Powerful tracking served every team”
Pros
Monday.com has been a really strong project management tool for us. It works well for keeping track of a lot of different needs across the organization and helps everything stay organized in one place.
Cons
The only downside is the 14-day trial. I wish the trial included more features or gave more time so it would be easier to fully learn the app.

“Tracking kept teams perfectly aligned”
Pros
Keeping up with every task tied to a project is much more manageable with this tool. I am naturally a list person so having everything laid out in one place really clicks for me. Being able to see what still needs attention and check items off the virtual list once they're done helps make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It's particularly useful when coordinating work across multiple teams and departments.
Cons
Getting started with it took a little time and there are still certain things in the program I am not fully sure how to do. I used Basecamp before this and that felt more user friendly to me. That said it seems to offer a deeper feature set and more room for customization so for anyone who wants that kind of flexibility, that's definitely a strong advantage.

“Templates helped beginners get started”
Pros
The good thing is that there's a wide selection of templates and they really cut down the amount of time and effort needed to get started. It's also a very beginner friendly tool which makes it approachable if you're new to this kind of software.
Cons
At times the number of notifications can be a bit much. The inbox and notification bar especially can start to feel overwhelming when too many updates come in.

“Dependable alternative overall really”
Pros
There's not a lot that sets it apart since it looks pretty similar to other tools in the same space.
Cons
Its project management style looks more like a basic spreadsheet with extra columns and rows than a tool that actively helps. It doesn't really do much when it comes to spotting bottlenecks, balancing workloads or handling that kind of planning.

Pros
When it's set up properly and kept up to date, it does a really good job of keeping the whole team on track and accountable.

“kept everyone aligned”
Pros
Working with teammates is much more manageable with this platform. It has really helped our company stay on top of upcoming projects and I also appreciate that it's simple to use while still being customizable for different project needs.
Cons

“Automations saved hours during practice”
Pros
Task organization works really well and the ability to customize columns and automations has been a big plus. Our team manages 14-week cohorts with different deadlines and I was able to set up a board template with an automation that fills in all task due dates based on the main deadline dates. The notifications are useful and the weekly view has been especially helpful. As a manager, I added my team members to my weekly view so I can see upcoming tasks across multiple boards all in one place.
Cons
The interface doesn't feel completely user friendly at times. And while there are plenty of useful pre-built automations available, customizing them to match specific criteria can be a bit challenging.

“Busy teams found this fantastic”
Pros
Running a business with so many moving parts is much more manageable with this software. It keeps our team up to date on every active project which became especially important during Covid when my designers and fabricators needed a reliable way to stay connected and aligned. The interface looks really amazing and visually appealing and my team adapted to it quickly. Overall it has been an excellent project management tool for us.
Cons
At first getting everyone to move away from their separate personal calendars and onto this system took some effort but that was really more of an internal change management issue on our side. Once we committed to the switch, the team got on board and we have seen meaningful improvements since putting it in place.

“Scrum worth every penny spent”
Pros
We went with the highest-tier plan and the investment absolutely paid off. For managing team tasks, it's the best tool I have used especially in a Scrum-based development setup. It has had a big impact on our workflow and noticeably boosted our team's productivity.
Cons
There honestly aren't many downsides to the platform itself. The only real issue is the cost since it feels like the most expensive option in its category. Still, when it's implemented properly and used well, the value is definitely there.
