“Tracking became simple during use”
Pros
A really helpful way to keep tasks organized across different projects without things getting messy.
Cons
I am still a bit confused about how the date field is different from the timeline option.

“Sub-items kept everything advancing”
Pros
With a thousand things competing for my attention, this has been the best project management tool I have come across. The addition of sub-items made it even more useful. It helps me stay organized, keep projects moving and make sure nothing gets missed. It's also a clean, structured way to show people outside the platform what I am working on. I often export my boards as PDFs and share them with my team so they can clearly see what's currently in progress.
Cons
The only real downside is that my company still hasn't decided to pay for the service. I have thought about covering it myself but I am not sure how that would impact the way we are currently set up. I also wish more of my coworkers were using it since that would let me assign tasks directly inside the software. Honestly this feels more like a budget limitation than a problem with the product itself.

“tracking helps met deadlines”
Pros
Right from the start Monday.com felt very user friendly while still giving managers and supervisors a strong amount of control. The progress tracking feature has also saved managers a lot of time and made oversight much more efficient.
Cons
One issue we ran into was with app integrations which were not always smooth and came with several glitches. On top of that customer support did not seem knowledgeable enough to provide the level of help we needed.

“Flexible tracking served teams well”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with it. It's extremely flexible and gives your team plenty of ways to track different processes. That said because it covers so much, it can feel a little too broad when you need something more tailored.
Cons
At times you may need a tool that's more specialized for a particular industry or specific task than this platform can offer.

“Tracking projects worked fantastically well”
Pros
Using Monday.com as a marketing tool has been fantastic for project management. Our internal team and an outside agency both use it and it works really well for keeping track of tasks and progress. Honestly I cannot imagine what my inbox would look like without it.
Cons
One small limitation is that within the same board, you cannot use different title columns for different sections. It's a pretty minor issue, though.

“Team visibility kept projects advancing”
Pros
Working with teams is very easy and it helps keep everyone aligned on progress, status updates and the next steps needed to move projects ahead.
Cons
The cost climbs pretty quickly as your team grows and becomes more established. On top of that training for new users could definitely be better.

“very simple tool”
Pros
Joining a fully remote team was a big change for me and this has been incredibly helpful as I settle into my new role. My small team can assign tasks to me without any hassle and leave clear comments which makes collaboration really easy.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about using it. The platform does exactly what I need it to do and it's very user friendly.

“required absolutely no training”
Pros
Pretty much anyone could pick this up and use it. I used MS Project years ago and it felt a lot less user friendly as I even had to take a class for it, despite not using the more advanced features. With this one there is no need for any training to get started.
Cons
The only issue I have run into was likely user error on my part, when I accidentally created two separate logins.

“Project timelines stayed beautifully clear”
Pros
One thing that really works well here is the visual layout of project timelines alongside other projects. It makes organizing work and tracking deadlines much more practical especially compared with typical to do lists. Instead of just listing tasks, the platform shows deadlines in a way that is immediately visible which helps a lot with planning and staying organized.
Cons
Getting everything set up felt like a lot of effort. There's quite a bit of detail to enter and I am not completely convinced that the payoff always makes up for the amount of work required to input everything.

“Browser access worked across departments”
Pros
Getting started was pretty fast and the fact that it runs in any browser is a nice plus. There's also plenty of documentation and training material available which helps a lot during setup.
Cons
In the end it just wasn't the right fit for me. I am probably not the ideal user for this kind of platform but it felt more complicated than necessary and took quite a bit of setup before I could see any real value.

“Kanban collaboration felt completely transparent”
Pros
Being able to clearly track the progress and status of any project in an agile setup with the Kanban framework was the standout feature for me. Everything looks user friendly and easy to use which makes collaboration between team members really effective.
Cons
At times when an item gets updated, the change does not show up for other team members right away in real time unless they refresh their browser.

“Powerful dashboards organized work nicely”
Pros
Packed with third party integrations, this software helps automate tasks and manage the team more efficiently. The visuals and dashboards are well designed too, making it quick to get a clear picture of the team's overall workload and progress.
Cons
While those third party integrations definitely speed up daily task handling, they can also create duplicate tasks and contacts. Because of that, you still have to manually check and manage those duplicates.

“Clear tracking proved a winner”
Pros
One thing that really works well is how clearly you can see the tasks that need to be done and how each one contributes to overall completion. The large status bars are very visible and can be customized which makes everything much easier to scan at a glance. It also helps our team stay aligned and keep a clear handle on the next steps.
Cons
The setup is very project based, literally broken out that way. Other project management tools allow tasks to stand on their own and be checked off individually which can be more useful for tracking initiatives, strategy and similar work. It would be more convenient to clear out and mark completed steps separately instead of having everything tied into the full project structure. That said since our work is construction-based, it still fits our needs well and doesn't take away from the fact that it works for us.

“Projects organized across departments practically”
Pros
It is easy to organize projects with this tool and it doesn't take much training to start using it confidently. You can split a project into sections so everything stays clear on the page for different departments or teams involved and it's also simple to keep each project in its own folder. Once a project is finished, you can move it into completed projects and still have the full history available to review later, including notes. It's also useful that communication can happen directly inside the project, with notifications coming through the app, email or both which cuts down on unnecessary email chains when questions come up about specific project details.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a way for deadlines to sync directly to my work calendar. Right now, I have to check the due dates in the platform and then enter them into my own calendar manually as a reminder.

“Ideal choice for remote teamwork”
Pros
The tool helps me keep both my daily tasks and my team's work organized which is especially useful when we are working remotely.

“Friendly setup boosted productivity immediately”
Pros
It doesn't take much effort at all to use. The layout is user friendly, the workflow makes sense right away and there's barely any learning curve so it's possible to jump in and begin using it almost immediately. That saves a lot of time.
Cons
One downside is the pricing. Compared with other similar tools out there, it has become pretty expensive. It honestly looks like part of that cost is going toward their huge marketing push. I am also annoyed that something as basic as time tracking is locked behind the higher-tier plans.

“Custom dashboards kept projects advancing”
Pros
Planning projects and assigning tasks to my team is really easy with this tool. We were able to customize our own dashboard and there were tons of options to set things up the way we wanted. It kept everything running well and honestly checking off completed tasks on the site made me want to stay on top of my work.
Cons
One surprise was realizing this wasn't a free website. We only figured that out about a week later, after already entering all of our projects. The upside is that we could export the project into a spreadsheet which ended up being really useful when it was time to present everything to our manager.

“Workplace toolkit proved powerfully effective”
Pros
There's pretty much everything you could need for a workplace in this platform. The system is amazing and performs really well overall. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Because of the size and nature of our business, it ended up offering far more than we actually needed. It wasn't really a downside with the software itself, just more functionality than made sense for us.

“Automation saved hours with clear results”
Pros
One of the best things about Monday.com is how many customization options it offers which lets me adjust it to fit almost any kind of project. It also includes task automation and that helps make the workflow feel much more fluid.
Cons
The part I like least is the pricing structure since it is limited to team sizes in multiples of 5 like 5, 10, 15 or 20. That can mean paying extra for user spots you do not actually need.

“Project organization finally executed right”
Pros
As a project manager this software has been really valuable for keeping work organized. It lets you arrange tasks and send them to the right people or departments which is a big deal in a role where staying organized is essential. It definitely helps keep projects structured and on track.
Cons
One improvement that would make a huge difference is the ability to create separate sub-tasks and assign them to different people or departments. Right now, everything sits under one project link and you're mostly limited to adding updates and notes instead of checking off and removing completed tasks.
