The learning curve is minimal! If you have a specific tool in mind, Monday.com allows you to build it. It's incredibly flexible.
Cons
To accomplish certain tasks, you often need to find workarounds. Getting a burndown chart can be difficult. Initially, sub-tasks were not supported (although they are now). The templates provided are often insufficient. Competing products are more robust and come pre-configured. While learning how to use Monday.com is easy but project and program managers are already familiar with the new suite of programs available and prefer them over this do-it-yourself (DIY) approach.

Cons

Cons
Compared to other task management systems I've used, it has limited functionality. I know they're expanding to cater to sales teams as a CRM, but options like Asana might be better for larger companies with more project collaborators.
