During the trial version usage for my small team 3 persons it sufficed. However upon expiration access for other team members was cut off which was disappointing. Some other task planning and management software posttrial restrict upgraded features but still allow collaboration. In contrast Monday retains free access but lacks purpose without collaborative capabilities.
