Monday has been an integral part of our organization for years now. The team behind it continuously adds new features and expands its capabilities. At its core, Monday effectively allows users to manage tasks, but with patience and creativity, it can be molded to suit any personal needs.

Cons

The only drawback is the unique features of the platform that differentiate it from something like a spreadsheet. The limited search functionality and complex nesting/rollup options can become limitations when creating intricate workflows as you expand your usage with the platform.

Although I've been using monday.com for less than 6 months, I'm still exploring its full potential. Personally, I like the ability to display lists in different formats such as a calendar, and the option to add notes and tabs related to each task.

It is excellent for managing tasks. The only drawback is the inability to add subtasks to subtasks.

There is no built-in feature to automatically change the status based on time or date. Currently, statuses need to be manually updated, which is good. However, it would be beneficial to have statuses that reset to a "PAUSE" status or something similar at a designated time.

The menus and tools are intuitively crafted facilitating effortless navigation. Despite its simplicity its highly customizable catering to individual preferences for enhanced functionality including adding leads.

One downside I noticed is the learning curve. Once mastered the tool significantly simplifies work. However initially navigating the learning curve can be challenging.

For intermediate automations I found it somewhat useless. Linking tables or projects in a useful way particularly with two-way reactive tables is impossible.

The board provides a comprehensive overview but delving into project details can be challenging. Adding multiple columns to each project helps but scrolling can be cumbersome.

I appreciated receiving email notifications and tracking task completion status. Labels ensured task assignees understood priority levels.

Cons

Its not easy to track when tasks were added unless I manually input dates. Integration with Google Calendar for tracking progress would be helpful.
