Monday.com has been very beneficial for me. It has a user-friendly interface and makes project management simple and collaborative, which is great and keeps teams incredibly aligned and productive.

Cons

It was a bit intimidating at first since it was out of my comfort zone, but once I got familiar with it, everything was fine.
