“powerful workflow customization”
Pros
Working in real estate operations, it has been a really useful tool for keeping everything organized. I can set up calendars, checklists and other boards the way I need, then share them with the rest of the team without any hassle. We use it to assign tasks for each property so it's always clear what needs to get done and who is responsible for it. It's been very helpful for managing our processes and the automation features take care of the recurring tasks that come up with every property. On top of that, it's simple to add new items for individual listings whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly I've been happy with the whole platform. The customization options are strong, the customer support has been reliable and it's been a solid value for our team.

“well-designed and worth it”
Pros
The value for money is solid and the interface is really nice which makes a big difference. It's genuinely enjoyable to use, feels well designed and the functionality does exactly what it needs to do very well.
Cons
There are several pricing tiers which is understandable but to really get the most out of the platform, you do need to move up to a higher plan.

“team goals all in one place”
Pros
Monday brings the whole team together and helps us get our goals done in one place. It's simple to use and I was able to figure it out on my own pretty quickly.
Cons
Nothing I dislike about it. At first I thought the navigation bar on the left side of the home screen could be organized a bit better but after going back through it, the layout actually makes sense.

“Limited plans”
Pros
This is a solid cloud-based platform for managing work and projects. The interface is colorful and user-friendly and it comes with plenty of templates, automation options and reporting tools.
Cons
The free version doesn't offer much and there are only three paid plans available. A few important features are locked behind the higher tiers which can push you into upgrading. It also takes some time to learn how to customize it the way you want.

“fantastic for team organization”
Pros
I like that it has been a really valuable tool for our organization. We rely on it to share documents with our board and to keep our team organized across different projects.
Cons
It can be a little difficult to track down every board especially older ones I'm revisiting to look up past information.

Pros
I really appreciate how it handles task management and keeps our animation projects on track. The platform helps the team organize the work clearly and stay on schedule with deadlines.

Some of the more advanced features can take a while to fully learn and the initial setup feels a bit complex at first.

“flexible dashboards for every project”
Pros
The visual dashboards and customizable workflows make the platform simple to tailor for different kinds of projects. It does a really good job of helping track progress and keeping the whole team aligned.
Cons
There are a lot of features packed in so it can feel a little overwhelming when you're just getting started. A few customization options also take some extra setup before everything works the way you want.

Navigating the platform feels very simple and the layout is simple to get used to. It does a solid job of helping track tasks and manage workflows efficiently. Reporting bugs and updating statuses is also well organized and easy to handle.

“very useful and visual”
Pros
I've been using it to organize tasks, manage projects and keep track of the team and overall it has felt like a very useful and visual tool.
Cons
On the less positive side it can feel like there are too many options at first and some of the more advanced features are not that simple.

“versatile project tracking”
Pros
It works really well for putting projects together in a simple way, then presenting them in meetings with senior executives and keeping track of website progress afterward.
Cons
I've actually liked it quite a bit because it offers plenty of options and menus to make the most of every feature especially now with the added AI tools.

“automation and support shine”
Pros
One thing that really stood out to me was how helpful the customer support team has been. The software feels well worth the price especially with all the useful features it includes. After learning how everything works, it becomes very simple to use and the automation performs really well. I also appreciated how the process management setup guides you through each step.
Cons
At first I was pretty frustrated by the bugs and random issues that came with it. Still, once I got used to the platform and understood how it worked, those problems felt a lot less overwhelming and it ended up not being too bad overall.

“organized files in one place”
Pros
Coming from someone who works with a huge number of files, my favorite thing about Monday.com is how it pulls everything into one organized system that's simple to navigate.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be that a more simplified version would help people who aren't as comfortable with technology, myself included.

“fantastic project tracking tools”
Pros
Getting around the platform is really simple. It makes project management, time tracking and seeing where everything sits within a project very simple. There are also plenty of useful automations that help speed things up and keep workflows running as efficiently as possible. Another big plus is being able to add other apps and widgets which gives you more ways to make the job easier.
Cons
The downside is not really with Monday itself but with some of the apps and widgets connected to it. They can feel a bit buggy, don't always match Monday's user experience and sometimes make certain tasks more complicated than they really should be.

“clean setup, pricey value”
Pros
Monday has a clean organized layout and it did a really good job of keeping our whole team aligned most of the time. It worked especially well for things like inventory tracking, task management, lead call-backs and similar day-to-day lists.
Cons
Paying $60 a month feels excessive for something that can be handled with other tools like a Google document, shared Apple Notes, Skylight and probably other cheaper options too. The only real difference for me was getting notifications through Monday. If you're willing to set aside time each day to review a list instead of relying on alerts, there are free tools that can accomplish basically the same thing.

“single hub for everything”
Pros
Monday is incredibly versatile.. we rely on it for meetings, project progress tracking, bug reporting, visibility across teams and even as our company directory.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. If I had to pick, it would be the notifications which can get overwhelming and aren't always easy to fine-tune and the search which doesn't always let me be as targeted as I'd like.

“Flexible workflows and strong collaboration”
Pros
Between the customizable boards, built-in automations and multiple views like Kanban, timeline, calendar and dashboard, teams can shape workflows around the way they actually work. Collaboration feels smooth thanks to tagging, file sharing, status updates and real-time notifications that keep everyone aligned. The automation builder cuts down a lot of repetitive work and integrations with tools such as Slack, Google Drive and Salesforce help boost overall productivity.
Cons
Costs can add up quickly as the team grows or when advanced features are needed. Some automations and integrations are locked behind higher-tier plans, complex workflows can take a while to configure and boards with a large number of items may start to slow down. Reporting and dashboards are helpful but they can still feel somewhat limited when compared with more advanced analytics platforms.

“powerful project visibility”
Pros
Being able to build different projects, assign team members to tasks and set due dates was a huge plus for us. It's also really helpful to have a clear view of where everyone is in the workflow at any given time.
Cons
Getting everything set up is a bit complicated and there's definitely a learning curve involved. That said that tends to be the case with most powerful, full-featured software.

“Collaboration and automation boost”
Pros
Working as a frontend developer and freelancer, I spend a lot of time coordinating with teammates and clients and Monday.com has made that much more manageable. The platform is simple to move around in which helps a lot with my daily work. I also really enjoy the automation features and I can tell they add a lot of value especially once I get more confident using them fully.
Cons
One downside is the pricing since my team is usually small and it can be hard for us to justify the cost at times. Also, while the core features are still pretty simple to use some of the customization options and advanced automations can be a bit tricky to fully understand and set up.

“flexible project tracking”
Pros
One thing that works really well is the level of customization it offers for tracking projects in detail, including assigning and following the owner of each task within a project. It also has reporting features that are helpful and add value.
Cons
The automation can be unreliable at times. For instance, when a task gets completed, it doesn't always cascade the way it should or alert the next person responsible for the following task. It could also use stronger executive-level reporting and the way information is displayed isn't always clear or quick to understand at a glance.

“Fantastic interface and integrations”
Pros
Getting started with Monday.com was simple and the interface feels polished and simple. It works especially well for simpler tasks and day-to-day management, with very little lag during regular use. The integration options are also a big plus and make it much more useful across our workflow.
Cons
There's still room for more customization although it was able to support what our team needed overall. The mobile app has some limitations and that kept us from fully rolling it out as part of our tech stack.
