I mainly use Monday.com for tracking our hard drives and I appreciate the flexibility to personalize it according to my needs even though it's not specifically designed for inventory management.

It would be beneficial to have some form of photo attachments on Monday.com such as a gallery or carousel board especially for inventory management purposes where visual representation is valuable.

As someone who currently only needs one seat I find it frustrating that there is no option to pay for a basic plan with just one seat. Going from the free plan to $34 while having to pay for unused seats is quite irritating. This has led me to explore other products. It would be great to have the option to pay for 1 seat and still have the functionality of the basic plan. This way I could set up my flow/boards and easily add team members in the future by paying as I add.
