Between the integrations, project management tools and automations, this one seems both highly flexible and very powerful. I can get to it from any browser without hassle and the mobile apps are really useful when I need to make last-minute updates while I am away from my desk.

Cons

Not every integration is equally complete even though some of them work perfectly. Twilio has been excellent but the Salesforce integration still misses basic functionality like boolean operators for handling bulk actions. The price may seem high to some but once you see how fast it removes roadblocks and helps move work forward, it feels justified.

It is user friendly and visually attractive so it's simple to understand and anyone can pick up how to use it pretty quickly. I really enjoy working with it because it lets me collaborate with my colleagues in real time and also automate tasks that need to get done.

Cons

One downside is that it can be fairly expensive. It does have a free version that works without major issues but some features are locked behind paid plans which can make access difficult or limit what you can do.

The dashboard setup does a fantastic job of bringing separate departments together in one place. It's especially useful for marketing agencies, where teams need to collaborate across departments while still keeping their own individual workflows and responsibilities intact.

Cons

At times it seems a little complex when it comes to assigning tasks and shifting them around on timelines. Needing to open the board to access tasks and not always being able to quickly peek into a task, can make it harder to scan through work and completed items without feeling somewhat bogged down.

The sales approach, customer service and pricing are all disappointing.

One thing I really like is how simple monday.com is to use and it does a really good job of helping us keep track of all the project details. It's also a very useful place to collaborate across different departments and stay updated on the status of a specific project.

Well the only problem I have run into is that it doesn't always sync properly with emails. There have been times when we missed project status updates because notifications didn't come through which ended up causing delays in invoicing.

The visuals are fantastic and task tracking is one of the strongest parts for me. Portfolio views are really useful and being able to manage work across different teams makes the whole platform even more valuable. Overall it's a really strong tool.

One small frustration is that project boards cannot be rearranged alphabetically which gets a bit annoying. It's also somewhat tricky to get subtasks to appear properly in graphs and charts.

Using monday.com has been really enjoyable because the interface is colorful and makes the whole platform feel fun to work with. It's also very simple to use which made it easy to get comfortable with quickly. Another big plus is how much I can customize it based on what I need. On top of that I really appreciate being able to track ongoing tasks and monitor their progress clearly.

Cons

One thing I don't like is that it tends to slow down when I am working with a large amount of data which is pretty frustrating. Also, the mobile version doesn't feel as good or responsive as the desktop version.
