I'm not a fan of the layout. It's difficult to see the full title of a task and when you want to open the full panel it appears as a sidebar rather than opening a new page or a dialog/modal which feels unfamiliar and awkward to use.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features: While Monday.com is generally user-friendly some of the more advanced features may require a bit of a learning curve. Fully utilizing the platform's capabilities may take some time especially for users who are less tech-savvy. However the extensive documentation and helpful customer support help address this concern.

I believe having a quick message option for coworkers would be beneficial. Additionally the conditional logic could be improved. I think these enhancements will come with time.

Currently Monday.com allows only one secondary task for every primary task. Sometimes it would be helpful to have the option for two sublevel tasks instead of just one.

The dashboard feature was enjoyable as it facilitated idea cultivation and seamless flow of ideas. Assignments were clearly defined as the next steps for each employee which greatly enhanced productivity.

The maintenance cost became a deal breaker for us at one point and we switched to a free offering from Google. Additionally there were instances where our ideas and permissions granted to certain employees were easily taken over.

The creativity displayed in task visualization particularly with the new Llama Farm feature is my favorite aspect of Monday.com. It's truly motivating to see a llama party and feed the animals as you complete your tasks.

It can be a bit overwhelming for beginners to get accustomed to monday.com. Having a live tutorial video that demonstrates how to create tasks project/campaign management tables and provides hands-on guidance would greatly assist new users in navigating the platform effectively.
