At times getting in touch with support takes a bit longer than expected, although it's not an issue that happens all the time.

Getting started with it does not take much effort and the platform is flexible enough that you can learn as you go. It makes file sharing, data storage and overall workflow feel smooth. It also saves a lot of time when planning meetings and setting up new projects.

Its mobile app is the weaker part of the experience. It works but the platform feels much better on the web when using a laptop. Since it's meant for project management, I'd really like to see more flexibility for people who need to work while on the go.

In the manufacturing business where I used it, we were able to track products under quotation, completed jobs, completion dates, production progress for specific items and even orders waiting on customer feedback.

Our team moved over to this web-based platform because it offers user friendly features and the pricing was affordable enough to make sense to management. It's also simple to customize the layout and handle small troubleshooting issues on our own which is a big improvement compared with the older system that usually required help from IT.

One thing I am still unsure about is whether it's an admin limitation or just something the app doesn't support yet but I really hope they add a round-robin assignment feature soon so tasks don't have to be assigned manually to each person. Notifications also don't have any sound.

The level of customization is a huge plus, all the way down to subgroups and subcategories. I also really appreciate being able to create custom labels so the setup matches my specific workflow.

The only downside that comes to mind is when copying a task, it sometimes struggles to bring over all of the subcategories too.
