Cons
Occasionally I find myself unable to recall the specific steps to perform certain actions in Monday. It takes time to create a mental "map" of all the features. However this is a common challenge with complex user interfaces that have numerous features. Nevertheless I hope that with time navigation will become easier and more intuitive especially for new users.

Cons
A potential drawback is that the sales CRM is a paid feature which differs from a formal CRM. Additionally some integrations like ConvertKit and PayPal are not yet available which was surprising.

I love the customization options available in Monday.com. We can configure our board to work exactly the way we need it to. Our board looks completely different from how other businesses use it because our needs are different. That's one of my favorite aspects since most project management software forces you to use it in a particular way. However with Monday.com we have the freedom to customize everything to suit our specific requirements.
Cons
While Monday.com is an excellent platform with a wide range of useful features there are a few aspects I would like to see improved. One of the main areas for enhancement is the availability of certain features. There are cases where the desired automation is not available but this can often be overcome by integrating Monday.com with Zapier. Additionally it would be beneficial to have more integrations and automations that work seamlessly with subitems. Another improvement would be the ability to have different groups within the same board each with distinct columns and unique functionalities. Lastly the option to use a mirrored column in an automation would greatly enhance the versatility of Monday.com. Overall while these improvements would enhance the platform's capabilities Monday.com remains an excellent choice for project management and collaboration.

The task management and project planning features are my absolute favorites about Monday.com. The simplicity of design and user experience is remarkable but don't be fooled. This software packs a powerful punch and can be tailored to fit any business structure project management style and communication style.
Cons
The customization options throughout the platform can be overwhelming. Some team members including clients spent too much time experimenting with options leading to delays in work. To address this I had to lock the templates we were using. The extensive onboarding process was also due to the abundance of customization options.
