The search function needs improvement. While trying to determine the current state of a job occasional difficulties have been experienced although this issue is not consistent.

The inability to directly edit tasks created by others necessitates reaching out to the original person for updates. Alternatively creating another comment with the change is required leading to potentially lengthy comment lists.

In nearly a year of using Monday.com the organized presentation of tasks in a table format with status and priority complemented by vibrant colors enhanced our tasksharing experience among team members.

Cons

The primary drawback leading to our transition away from Monday.com was the lacking features related to project tracking. While task lists with statuses are achievable other tools like Asana MS Project and Motion can perform this function. The critical need for project tracking is effective time management and financial reporting on time spent and remaining project time.

Our experience with Monday was enjoyable but we eventually transitioned to another software due to a better deal. While Monday offers plugandplay options like CRM and Dev it may not match the comprehensiveness of other dedicated software especially in automation.
