Its flexibility allows me to use Monday.com for all of my teams. I have become so organized using this platform that I cannot imagine using any other software.
Cons
Occasionally some of my boards become sluggish. However considering that we have five teams of programmers using the same board it could be due to the large amount of data. It's worth investigating.

Transitioning to Monday.com from our previous CRM/task management system was effortless. The interface is modern and user-friendly making work a true pleasure when aesthetics are involved. The time tracking file management and customizable boards and tables are the standout features for our business ensuring everyone stays on task and on track.
Cons
There are hardly any cons to Monday.com. The most challenging part is setting up automatic workflows. Additionally it is not the most affordable software available but I believe it offers good value for the money.

The note-making feature could be improved. Currently to review a note attached to a specific process you have to enter the process and select the tag making it difficult to have a brief overview. Having a summarized view would be highly valuable.
