There are a lot of notifications for different updates and that can start to feel overwhelming unless you customize them. At times users need to keep adjusting the notification settings so they don't get flooded.

One thing I'd love to see improved is how sub-item tabs work. Changing them on one board currently updates them across all boards and that feels limiting. Since I track different kinds of items, it would be much better to have board-specific customization instead of having the same change forced everywhere.

Monday.com has been a fantastic platform for keeping projects organized without a lot of hassle. Being able to map everything out on boards, monitor progress clearly and work with my team in real time has made day to day collaboration much better.

The part that really bothers me is the pricing. It works well for smaller teams but once the team starts expanding, the cost can climb pretty quickly.

Jumping into it for a freelance project, I had to pick it up fast and it turned out to be much easier than I expected. Learning the platform was really simple which made getting started right away a lot less stressful.

I do not have many complaints. It was very user friendly especially since I needed to learn it quickly for work and that part went better than expected. The collaboration features were also a big plus and it works very well for teams and organizations, not just for someone using it on their own.

On top of that the mobile app makes it easy to keep tabs on everything no matter where you are.

A downside is that the customization, while definitely helpful, can feel like a lot to manage At first especially when you're putting together a new project from scratch. On top of that some of the more advanced options, like automations and certain integrations, are only available on the more expensive plans which can be a drawback for smaller teams trying to stay within budget.

Working in this workspace with colleagues is very easy and it gives us one reliable place where everyone can stay on the same page and refer back to the same information.

At times the interface seems a little confusing. For example, there's no option to drag information downward and having that ability on our boards would be really helpful.
