The search bar isn't consistently reliable when I look up text that I know is inside a task. There are times when I search for a number or ticket saved in a task line and the task still doesn't show up.

Keeping projects and tasks organized in it is really easy. I am able to set request dates, due dates, plus start and end dates without any hassle and the amount of customization it offers is impressive.

Cons

The automation setup feels a bit misleading. When you open a free account, automations are available for the first couple of weeks but then they get shut off. To keep using them, you need a paid plan. It would be much better if free accounts still included at least two or three automations.

The basics were very easy to pick up and we were able to build project boards right away. Adjusting those boards to fit our implementation timeline was simple too. The interface is clean and easy to understand which has been especially helpful since we share boards with our onboarding clients and they regularly give positive feedback. It also feels like the platform rolls out updates and fixes quite often.

Cons

Budget tracking does the job but it lacks some customization options that matter to us. That said my team came up with a workaround so it hasn't been a deal-breaker. I also get the sense that the platform has a lot of advanced features we still aren't really using.

At the beginning there is a bit of a learning curve, partly because the platform comes with so many features. That said after spending a few hours with it, everything starts to make sense and becomes much easier to use. The free plan is a really good starting point for smaller teams, while the paid tiers unlock even more advanced functionality.

It is very user friendly and simple to roll out Across the team and I was especially happy to see that it has been available in Italian for some time now. At this point the tool seems stable and well made.

Instead of juggling several tools or relying on outside integrations, monday.com gives me pretty much everything I need in one place. I use it for instant messaging, team collaboration, file sharing and PPM and having all of those features built into a single platform makes my work much more convenient.

Since I began using it I honestly have not run into any drawbacks at all.

It was easy to set up and run and we didn't need to bring in outside system integrators to make it happen. It lets me plan, track and manage projects and tasks all in one place which has been really convenient.
