One thing I really like about monday.com is how much it boosts productivity. Its overall functionality is impressive and adding updates to individual tasks takes very little time which makes it simple to set up automated emails and task flows. The whole team can clearly see what's in the system and track the status of each request, the overall project and every specific task. Another big plus is that it's user friendly enough for everyone to work with comfortably.

I feel like the mobile app can be a bit challenging to use and takes a while to get familiar with. The integrations and automation section also includes a lot of options which can feel overwhelming when you're trying to choose the right one. Aside from that it has consistently met our expectations and supported our needs for the purpose we use it for.

Monday.com works well for us as a project task board and the active board setup gives it a spreadsheet-style layout that fits the way we manage work.

We also rely on the automations for reminders and notifications but they don't always trigger properly. On top of that some subitems fail to appear when a new project is created so they have to be entered manually.

It seems like a very complete project management platform. The Zapier integration adds a lot of flexibility and the interface is clean and simple so even teammates who aren't very technical can use it without much trouble.

One thing that could be better is the loading speed for dashboards and tables since they can feel a bit slow at times. There's also a 10,000-item limit per board which means you eventually have to split or move items into other boards.

Having our entire marketing team and every project in one central place has been incredibly valuable. Since we often collaborate across overlapping projects and campaigns, it helps a lot to have everyone documented there along with their status updates, workflow steps and other key details.

One frustration comes up after the design team finishes a graphic, image or one sheet such as tracking down the final file later can be difficult if you don't remember the exact project details.

The training videos are really well done which made getting the whole team onboarded much simpler. It also integrates very well with tools like Slack and Trello which I really appreciated.

An excellent way to organize and manage a large number of tasks across any project. The calendar view is especially useful because it lets you see all upcoming tasks at a glance which makes handling a heavy workload much more manageable.

I think it would be really helpful to have the option to download the record in PDF format so we can save it on our internal servers as each event is completed.

Having Gantt charts in monday.com has made it much easier for us to plan work and carry out tasks on time. The shared workspace keeps everyone aligned and working together with better coordination. Its dashboards give us clear visibility into project progress so it's possible to catch delays or weak spots early. The automation tools are also very reliable especially for repetitive jobs like task assignment which saves us a lot of time.

One of the best parts of monday.com is how customizable the different board types are and being able to set up automations now makes it even better. It works really well for keeping multiple teams and projects organized and on track.

The one thing I am not crazy about is having to create a separate board for everything. I'd much rather be able to keep multiple tables with different headers on a single page, although it's possible there's already a feature for that and I just have not come across it yet.
