It is very user friendly and visually appealing. The bright colors do a really good job of highlighting the areas that need attention or action which makes it easier to stay on top of things.

A few features still seem less mature than expected especially things like dependency management and RAID logs. There's also a bit of a learning curve when trying to adapt the tool to different ways of working, whether that's agile, waterfall or a hybrid approach.
