The program inundates your inbox with unsolicited emails making it difficult to keep track of project goals. Additionally the customer service is terrible.

Monday is as flexible as any other spreadsheet software but impresses with its smart capabilities. Everything can be customized and automated, like the columns, formulas, and connectors. The best thing about it is that it encourages us to finish our work since the admin is able to color code the pending tasks and change the status accordingly (green is for complete, orange for pending, etc.). This makes our work week almost like a race to see who gets all the greens first and increases our productivity. It has an amazing mobile app as well.

Cons

No matter how much fun working with Monday is, the price is a bit too high.
