It's been one of the best project management tools I have used because it is so simple to work with. It keeps tasks well organized, makes tracking progress much clearer and helps with communication between team members. If your team tends to be a bit disorganized, it really helps keep projects on track and completed on time. The form builder is also a very useful feature for any team.

There really have not been any major issues for me. The only thing worth pointing out is the automation feature because one of my subordinates had a hard time learning how to use it properly. It would be helpful if they offered more training or guidance for beginners.
