“costs less but no standout features”
Pros
It seemed to cost less than some of the other tools out there but as an end user I didn't notice any particular feature that really set it apart from the other options on the market.
Cons
The weak spot was the customization and how simple the workflow felt. Setting up parent-child relationships and linking tasks didn't work as naturally as it does in Asana. The customization was there but it wasn't something you could handle with a quick click or simple drag-and-drop.

“Simple start”
Pros
Getting started with it is very simple and it's flexible when it comes to adding more team members as needed. Even when new people join, the learning curve stays very low so onboarding doesn't take much effort.
Cons
One downside is that, despite how it's marketed, it still isn't very common across Europe and Asia so its brand recognition remains fairly limited.

“User-friendly”
Pros
Getting started with Monday.com was simple and the platform feels very user friendly. I was able to learn how to build out my projects and keep my timelines aligned without any trouble. It also helps automate project workflows and tasks in a way that makes the whole process feel far less stressful.
Cons
Getting everything set up can still be a downside but that tends to come with almost any software. Aside from that, I really did not run into many issues while using it. Project management can be overwhelming so having a tool that helps manage competing expectations is a big plus.

“dashboards fun to use”
Pros
The dashboards look really appealing and make it simple to check the status at a glance. I'm able to create custom columns to track the progress of my ML experiments which is very helpful. It also feels fun to use and even something as simple as clicking buttons to change colors makes the experience more enjoyable.
Cons
Costs start to climb quite a bit as the team gets bigger. The automation cap on the basic plan also feels too limited. At times, the interface can seem overly cluttered because there are so many colors and pieces of information on the screen.

“feels like excel with extra features”
Pros
It feels a lot like Excel, just with extra features added in. The platform is really simple to work with and I've been genuinely impressed by how well it helps me keep everything organized.
Cons
There are quite a few places where things can be stored. It's not a major issue but every now and then I catch myself trying to remember where I saved something. Usually, I'm able to track it down again without much trouble.

“more simple than other platforms”
Pros
Compared with other platforms, this one is much more simple to use. It's really helpful for day-to-day work and the layout makes it simple to review things quickly.
Cons
At the beginning, I had to get familiar with some Six Sigma terminology to understand certain parts but I picked it up pretty fast.

“connects departments with custom time tracking”
Pros
One of the best things about monday.com is how well it connects different departments. With the right permissions in place, each team can create new time-tracking tools that are available to everyone which makes it very simple to collect useful information and keep things aligned.
Cons
Going through the notes attached to each task can get a bit tricky especially when trying to track details like possible delays. It would also help if there were more pre-set options already built in.

The best parts for me is being able to import boards from Microsoft Excel and export them back out just as easily.

“Keepsprojects organized and team informed”
Pros
Keeping projects organized with Monday.com was useful and it helped my team stay informed about my progress. I appreciated being able to check which stage everyone was at even while we were all working separately.
Cons
The ads throughout the site were distracting and some features felt restricted. These limitations might be improved with a paid plan but I was only using the free version.

“customizable boards and timelines”
Pros
The customizable boards and visual timelines make it simple to get a quick read on project status at a glance.
Cons
Because there are so many customization choices, it can take a while to set up boards in a way that really matches the team's workflow.

“Helpful task tracking and notifications”
Pros
Keeping tabs on tasks across several teams in our organization has been really simple and the customizable notifications are a big plus.
Cons
The only thing still missing for us is support for multiple subtasks although I heard at a recent conference that this feature should be coming very soon. I'm excited to try it once it's available.

“good software”
Pros
Assigning tasks to specific people and adding comments on each issue or task helps keep everything organized, clear and manageable.
Cons
One thing that was frustrating was not being able to see the status of certain issues unless I was tagged in them. I also would have preferred to get notifications whenever something changed even when I wasn't tagged.

“Simple start with drag-and-drop”
Pros
Getting started with the product feels pretty simple because the interface is user-friendly. The drag-and-drop functionality works well, it's customizable and there are plenty of templates available. Building new automations is also simple and doesn't take much effort.
Cons
The biggest downside was the pricing which felt expensive. On top of that, not every feature was included unless you upgraded and paid more for a higher-tier or advanced plan.

“highly customizable for remote teams”
Pros
Monday.com provides a highly customizable and visually simple work management platform built around boards, columns and automation. It makes it easier for teams to plan, track and collaborate on tasks effectively. With integrations for tools like Slack, Google Drive and GitHub, plus strong automation features, it works especially well for remote and offshore teams.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit overwhelming because there are so many features and configuration options especially for new users. Some of the more advanced capabilities are only available on higher-priced plans and boards can get cluttered quickly if they are not kept organized carefully.

“Connects well with solid API and usability”
Pros
Monday.com has been an excellent platform for us especially because it connects well with other tools and offers plenty of flexibility through its solid API. The usability is among the best and it's clear a lot of thought went into making onboarding simple which works really well when using it as both a client-facing and internal project space.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. The AI features are somewhat helpful but like most AI tools, they can still be prone to mistakes.

“Nothing bothered me!!”
Pros
Getting started with Monday.com was very simple and sharing information with others is just as simple. The platform feels simple to navigate and works really well as a central place to keep lists and data organized and accessible.
Cons
Honestly there wasn't anything about Monday.com that bothered me. I was introduced to it when I began a new job and I had been working with a different program before that. Compared to what I used in the past, Monday.com was much simpler to work with.

“collaborative for multiple users”
Pros
Working with multiple users feels very collaborative. It makes it simple to track the progress of several projects at once and assign tasks or projects to other team members when needed.
Cons
At first, the email notifications felt overwhelming although that got better once we adjusted the project notification settings. It's also frustrating that you can't duplicate a project and then make edits from there.

“user-friendly CRM for client tracking”
Pros
Monday.com is incredibly user-friendly and one of the best-designed CRMs I've worked with. It makes client tracking and setting up automations really simple.
Cons
Getting quality support or arranging a demo with the demo team wasn't very convenient. I do wish there had been an option to get this kind of tutorial directly from a live agent.

Pros
The dashboards are very simple and can be customized to match exactly what you need. I appreciated being able to put them to good use right from the first day.
Cons
If I had to point to something I like least about Monday, it's really that I've only tapped into a tiny fraction of what it can do.. I probably don't even know 5% of its full potential.
