“Good project tracking boost”
Pros
Getting started with Monday felt very simple and it has really helped us keep project details and workflows much more organized so we can deliver better service to our clients.
Cons
If I could change one thing about Monday, I'd want stronger integration options with other programs.

“simple workflow and centralized updates”
Pros
Getting started with it feels very natural. New team members usually get comfortable within a day or so without needing much guidance. Being able to comment right on each task keeps conversations tied to the work itself which helps us avoid losing details across Slack messages or long email chains.
Cons
Boards with hundreds of items can occasionally take a little longer to load than expected. The notification volume can also become a bit too much if the settings aren't customized.

“solid boards, limited admin tools”
Pros
Creating new boards is simple and managing them day to day works well. Sharing with teammates and collaborating is also pretty convenient and the integration options are decent enough to connect with other tools.
Cons
Board transfer options at the admin level are weak which can be frustrating. It also feels overpriced for what you get, there's no way to group the completion of subtasks together and the support has been underwhelming.

“task tracking that keeps me organized”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks is where Monday.com really helps me most. It makes task management feel simple and helps me stay organized and in control of everything on my to-do list.
Cons
The pricing does feel a little expensive especially when using it for professional work. On top of that, the charts can be somewhat confusing for beginners at first.

“SIMPLE across teams and countries”
Pros
Using Monday.com in the organization where I volunteer, I've seen how flexible it is for both everyday users and administrators. It handles things really well regardless of how many people are involved and it works just as effectively when teams are spread across different countries.
Cons
The way it simplifies communication is something I really appreciate since it keeps the backend details hidden from both admins and users. That setup does a good job of protecting privacy.

“fantastic team organization”
Pros
The way everything is organized is phenomenal. It keeps the whole team aligned and I'd definitely recommend it. Projects don't get missed or slip through the cracks.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the navigation. It could be a bit more user-friendly since I sometimes have a hard time locating notes in the system.

“platform with smooth automation”
Pros
Monday.com has been a really strong platform for gathering input from the communities we work with as well as from internal employees. It's user-friendly and the automation features work smoothly within the platform.
Cons
The biggest downside with Monday.com is the pricing. That said you definitely get what you pay for with the service.

“helpful reminders and automation”
Pros
One thing Monday.com does really well is keep track of tasks and send reminders, as long as you set them up properly. Once that's in place, the automation handles it reliably. It's also pretty simple to use for that purpose and it usually works the way it should.
Cons
It can feel a bit finicky when you're first getting started though that settles down once you get familiar with it. The email notifications can also become a little too frequent.

“flexible boards for any workflow”
Pros
You can create custom boards, columns and workflows that match almost any process instead of being limited to basic project management setups.
Cons
There are a lot of options so getting everything configured the right way comes with a pretty steep learning curve and at first the platform can feel a bit disconnected. I've also run into broken board linkages and automations which can interrupt workflows and lead to inaccurate data.

“simple project tracking”
Pros
Getting started with Monday feels very natural because the platform is simple to use. It does an excellent job of helping track projects and manage tasks in one place.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more automation. It would be really helpful if people could fill out an intake form and have that information automatically flow straight into the tracker.

“fantastic workflow organizer”
Pros
Monday.com has been a fantastic project management platform to use. It keeps everything organized, includes helpful activity logs and does a really good job supporting workflow management.
Cons
One downside is that using Monday.com on my phone can be trickier than using it on my computer which is frustrating when I'm trying to get work done on the train or bus.

“powerful automations and integrations”
Pros
Monday.com works really well when it comes to integrations and automation. It connects with a wide range of third-party tools and the automation features help cut down on repetitive manual tasks which definitely boosts productivity.
Cons
The mobile app and mobile version don't feel as capable as the desktop experience. They can be harder to use and seem less functional overall compared with the desktop version.

“Polished workspace”
Pros
The interface is polished, simple and well organized right from the start. It already looks good out of the box but it's also flexible enough to be tailored to just about any workflow, whether it's for a solo business owner or a Fortune 500 company.
Cons
At times, having so many customization choices can become overwhelming. The newer "campaigns" email feature had me confused for hours until customer support showed me where to find the right section. After that, a bigger issue came up: importing a CSV with first name, last name and email. Even after spending at least four hours with a support rep, we still couldn't get the full list to import. The problem had to be escalated to a higher support tier and now it's been two days while I'm stuck waiting to send a mailer to 735 clients. I may end up using a different email service which completely defeats the purpose.

“powerful boards we rely on”
Pros
Monday has been an amazing, simple and powerful tool for our team and we use it every single day. Setting up boards is quick and adding information only takes a few seconds. We've used it for project tracking, reception tasks, contractor payments, payables, receivables and plenty of other workflows. It's an affordable system that helps keep our whole company running efficiently.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints about Monday. Its flexible customization makes it possible to handle just about everything we need. If there's one downside at all, it's that we wish we had started using it much sooner.

“Constant blocking warnings ruined it”
Pros
The design feels polished and modern and using the interface gives off a really motivating vibe for the team. The features it offers are also genuinely enjoyable for team members to work with.
Cons
As we scaled our use of Monday.com, we kept running into more and more buggy behavior and it eventually got bad enough that we decided to cancel the subscription. That's where things became a nightmare. After canceling the plan, every single employee started seeing a large warning banner every day saying, "Your plan's renewal has been cancelled and you will be blocked on August 6, 2025." That is completely unacceptable. We contacted customer service but they told us there was nothing they could do to stop it from being shown to the whole team. Having "You will be blocked" messages sent to all employees for months while we finish migrating to another tool is absolutely terrible.

“custom workflows for construction”
Pros
Monday.com gives us a lot of flexibility so we've been able to set up workflows that actually match the way our construction team operates, from estimating and pre-construction all the way through active jobsite management and closeout. Whether we're assigning tasks, keeping tabs on subcontractors, tracking materials or recording daily reports, it gives us a clear, visual system to manage everything in one place.
Cons
Navigation can be a bit tricky at times especially because we rely on Monday.com for nearly everything we do, including clock-ins, project management and calendars.

Pros
Monday.com offers excellent value and is very user-friendly. The functionality feels simple and the creative design makes it enjoyable to use. They also provide an impressive amount of features and usage at no cost which makes it even more worthwhile.
Cons

“Real-time project tracking”
Pros
Running our O&P lab with monday.com has been a really positive experience. We use it to monitor fabrication progress and client status and it does an excellent job of keeping everything organized. The built-in features make communication simple and being able to post updates through a live feed in real time is incredibly helpful for our workflow. It also feels truly all-inclusive since the essential functions are already included without surprise charges like you get with a lot of other platforms.
Cons
Honestly I can't point to any real downsides. Whenever something comes up, it's usually because I need a better understanding of how something works and their support team is always available to help me figure it out.

“checklists and teamwork shine”

“Team collaboration that really clicks”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized across multiple projects has made collaboration and accountability on our team much more manageable. Another thing I really appreciate is the nonprofit plan which gives our team six free seats on the account.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility in the automation feature especially the ability to schedule recurring tasks for a specific pattern each month, like the second Tuesday.
