Up to this point I honestly have not run into any drawbacks or limitations even while using the free plan.

Getting started with Monday was quick and the platform can be tailored in a lot of different ways to match how we work.

One downside is that it does not handle large amounts of data very well and the integrations with our existing systems are not very smooth unless we use Zapier.

One area where it could get better is reporting. It still lacks detailed reporting and putting together ready-made reports can be a bit frustrating.

Working with monday.com has been a big win for our team because the communication tools are excellent and the multi-user workspace lets everyone collaborate on projects from anywhere. Its project reporting is very strong and gives us useful performance insights whenever we need them. The dashboards are also impressive, giving real-time visibility into everything happening across our projects. On top of that the automations help us handle repetitive daily work much faster while cutting down the amount of manual effort involved. The task management features are just as valuable, helping us organize, plan and carry out project tasks efficiently and in the right order.

One thing that stood out less positively was the pricing which feels a bit expensive for smaller teams. Also some of the more advanced features take time to learn and a few of them are only available after upgrading.
