One of the best parts of monday.com is how powerful the automations and customizations are. It does an excellent job of keeping everyone working from the same data and reports which is incredibly important when you want the whole team to stay aligned and up to date.

The layout could still use some refinement in a few areas. Options like freezing certain columns or adjusting text size would make it more comfortable to view and work with in some situations.

A quick look at monday.com gives me the status of every project, along with daily and weekly updates which makes staying on top of work much easier. The collaboration tools are also really helpful since the team can share updates and tag specific people to follow up or nudge them on their project tasks.

One area that feels limited is the reporting. The graph options are pretty basic and I cannot drill down into the level of detail I need unless I build extra metric dashboards or additional cards.
