Right away monday.com feels packed with just about every feature I need. It lets me build forms that connect to spreadsheets for tracking responses and it handles all kinds of data without much limitation. I can also use it to monitor campaigns, manage onboarding, keep track of agents, run compliance checks, monitor attendance organize team lists and more.

Cons

At times the platform can feel pretty complex and getting the right support is not always as fast as I would want. That said the help does eventually come through every time.

The visual project layout makes it easy to track the progress of many tasks at the same time. Its flexibility and customization options are also a big plus since they let us adjust the system for different kinds of projects from simple ones to more complex workflows.

Cons

It does take a bit of time and training before you can really use it to its full potential.

Among the best tools I have used this one is very user friendly and comes packed with plenty of features. The customizable dashboard is the feature I enjoy the most.

A few features are missing from the mobile app but Aside from that I haven't run into any real issues.

Right away the interface seems very user friendly and visually appealing so people with all kinds of technical backgrounds can use it without much trouble. The part I appreciate most is its project management functionality, along with the integrations it offers.

Even though it's user friendly some people still need time to fully get the hang of it especially if they're new to project management software. The free plan is also pretty limited and as the team gets bigger, things can start to feel more complex, while the paid plans can get expensive.

During my internship it worked really well for inventory management. I used it to keep records of the company's assets and equipment and it was helpful having everything in one place. It also made it much easier to understand what each item was since the system was supported with photos.

Cons

There are a lot of instructions, lists, options and tables so the learning curve feels a little hard at the beginning. I wouldn't say that's necessarily a bad thing since it just takes some time to get used to. Updating inventory or asset records can also be a bit complicated because you often have to rewrite information, go back, save it and then figure out where you left off.

It's been more than five years since I started using it and one thing that still stands out is the iOS mobile app. It works really well for me and has been an amazing part of my experience with the tool.

The parts that felt challenging when I was new to the platform are not really an issue anymore now that I am used to how the tool works.

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve At first but overall it has been a really positive change. It has helped us save time when setting up new tasks and getting ready for our weekly management meetings. On top of that we've been able to reduce costs by tracking project progress more effectively and improving productivity across the team.

Cons

Getting everyone fully comfortable with the platform takes some time especially with an international team where language differences can make some of the more detailed points harder to explain. Another downside is that it's not as practical when working on the go since the mobile experience is an issue.

There really aren't many downsides as I honestly love this product. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the limit on how many users are included in the basic plan.
