Pros

The ability to customize and adapt the system to my requirements is what I like the most. I can create my ideal workflow and configure columns labels and automations according to my preferences. The intuitive and user-friendly interface allows for efficient real-time collaboration with my team.

Cons

While this platform offers a wide range of integrations with other tools it could benefit from a greater availability of third-party apps particularly for more specific or industry-related workflows.

The built-in templates and simplicity of use make Monday perfect for teams with creative individuals. The color coding adds to the unparalleled experience.

Cons

As someone who currently only needs one seat I find it frustrating that there is no option to pay for a basic plan with just one seat. Going from the free plan to $34 while having to pay for unused seats is quite irritating. This has led me to explore other products. It would be great to have the option to pay for 1 seat and still have the functionality of the basic plan. This way I could set up my flow/boards and easily add team members in the future by paying as I add.

The automation setup requires some initial effort but overall it is worth it!

I'm not a fan of the layout. It's difficult to see the full title of a task and when you want to open the full panel it appears as a sidebar rather than opening a new page or a dialog/modal which feels unfamiliar and awkward to use.

I believe having a quick message option for coworkers would be beneficial. Additionally the conditional logic could be improved. I think these enhancements will come with time.

Currently Monday.com allows only one secondary task for every primary task. Sometimes it would be helpful to have the option for two sublevel tasks instead of just one.

Monday is user-friendly with all items visible in one window. The ability to share with others is a valuable feature and my supervisor also appreciates it.

Nothing everything is great with the program. No issues at all. My supervisor also likes it. We use it in my department.
