“Monday.com is good for your small business”

Pros

The dashboard feature was enjoyable as it facilitated idea cultivation and seamless flow of ideas. Assignments were clearly defined as the next steps for each employee which greatly enhanced productivity.

Cons

The maintenance cost became a deal breaker for us at one point and we switched to a free offering from Google. Additionally there were instances where our ideas and permissions granted to certain employees were easily taken over.

Pros

The vibrant colors are perfectly aligned with our project discussions status updates and delays making it an incredibly user-friendly system. It's easy for the team to understand who is responsible for each aspect of a project or task allowing for simple collaboration across different time zones and maintaining productivity. The app is a major highlight as it enables everyone to update the team at any time.

Cons

It would be great to have integrations or a feature that generates presentations showcasing project success or delays specifically for leaders without system access.

The availability of a free tier that includes essential features for small businesses is a valuable offering. The user interface is friendly and intuitive making it easy to navigate.

Cons

Native integration with platforms like Google Calendar is missing. Some features that are available for free in other platforms require payment in monday.com such as Gantt diagrams or charts.

Planning tasks became much easier with the help of Monday.com. The ability to tag work teams monitor project progress and schedule boards provided significant advantages.

I'd prefer to have the ability to drag rows similar to other digital table programs.

While it may be too robust for our small business I can see it working exceptionally well for mid-sized to larger businesses.

The creativity displayed in task visualization particularly with the new Llama Farm feature is my favorite aspect of Monday.com. It's truly motivating to see a llama party and feed the animals as you complete your tasks.

Cons

It can be a bit overwhelming for beginners to get accustomed to monday.com. Having a live tutorial video that demonstrates how to create tasks project/campaign management tables and provides hands-on guidance would greatly assist new users in navigating the platform effectively.

Monday.com stands out due to its visually appealing and intuitive interface. It offers an excellent platform for collaboration and communication and its customizability and flexibility are superb.

Cons

Personally I'm not a fan of the activity and task tracking management because I don't use it. monday.com has pushed me to use it.

Although I haven't explored all of Monday's features yet it would be fantastic if the company provided weekly guidance on how to make the most of the offerings.

However this is a common challenge with complex user interfaces that have numerous features. Nevertheless I hope that with time navigation will become easier and more intuitive especially for new users.
