Right away the ability to build custom dashboards and workflows around my team's exact needs was a huge advantage. The wide selection of templates for everything from project management to HR tracking also saved us a lot of time during setup and made the whole process much more efficient. That said the pricing structure could definitely be better. The platform includes a lot of powerful features but the cost can climb pretty fast especially for larger teams or anyone who needs more advanced capabilities. It also comes with advanced security features that keep our data and information protected. On top of that the automation tools have really simplified and organized our more complex tasks.

“Calendar view feels awkward”

Pros

Handling a large number of tasks across different projects is where it does a great job. It manages lots of items well and the calendar view gives a helpful overview of everything coming up so upcoming tasks are easy to track at a glance.

Cons

Even though you can build separate tasks and sub-tasks, setting up light automation or keeping variables consistent across everything is difficult. When you create a new sub-task, details like dates or text don't auto-fill so every field starts blank and has to be entered manually one by one. That gets frustrating fast when you're dealing with dozens of sub-tasks and have to create each one individually. The calendar view also has limitations that make it awkward to actually work from there. For instance you cannot actively see project notes within the calendar view so you have to jump to another part of the app to access them which seems a bit confusing.

At the same time it's pretty difficult to figure out the logistics of getting everyone's boards to work together properly.
