I do wish the reporting tools allowed for more customization. The mobile app also needs some work especially when it comes to making navigation easier while on the go.

Keeping tabs on pending timelines, charts and how far ahead or behind we are on tasks is much more manageable. Also it gets me thinking more clearly about business workflows and automation. On top of that exporting our IT data into Microsoft Power BI works well which helps us make informed, effective, data-driven business decisions.

The only thing missing is stronger customer service support to help out when it's needed.

A few things stand out to me about monday.com, starting with the interface which is simple to navigate when moving between its different features. Switching among Kanban, Calendar and Timeline views works really well for different needs and the automation tools have saved me a lot of time.

If I had to point out one downside it would be the pricing which can feel steep for small businesses and teams even though it still feels worth it.

At the beginning it does take a bit of time to get comfortable with setting up projects in a way that fits your organization.
