Monday.com's progress tracking has proven to be an invaluable tool for our projects. It has ensured that we stay updated and on schedule leading to increased revenue.
Cons
The layout lacks extensive customization options to change its appearance. Our team would appreciate the ability to modify more colors and the interface. Scheduling tasks sometimes conflicts with existing tasks in other programs and is not compatible with all our tools.

The dashboards of Monday.com are visually stunning and highly customizable. While initial setup may be required once you have everything in place sticking to the project plan becomes effortless.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have the ability to set up the application using code allowing for the import of a predefined setup.

Cons
The application is excellent but it would be helpful if they could offer a free trial for two users for at least two months to further understand its capabilities.

Cons
The only aspect I've noticed so far is the acquisition cost. It's understandable that not all companies may be willing to invest in it but I recognize that it largely depends on the company's location and circumstances.

Its flexibility allows me to use Monday.com for all of my teams. I have become so organized using this platform that I cannot imagine using any other software.
Cons
Occasionally some of my boards become sluggish. However considering that we have five teams of programmers using the same board it could be due to the large amount of data. It's worth investigating.

Transitioning to Monday.com from our previous CRM/task management system was effortless. The interface is modern and user-friendly making work a true pleasure when aesthetics are involved. The time tracking file management and customizable boards and tables are the standout features for our business ensuring everyone stays on task and on track.
Cons
There are hardly any cons to Monday.com. The most challenging part is setting up automatic workflows. Additionally it is not the most affordable software available but I believe it offers good value for the money.
