Monday is user-friendly well-organized and offers valuable insights into our sales pipeline. The tracking of KPIs and the ability to analyze statistics enable us to easily assess our business progress and adjust our focus to achieve a balanced approach across different areas of our pipeline.

Cons

The note-making feature could be improved. Currently to review a note attached to a specific process you have to enter the process and select the tag making it difficult to have a brief overview. Having a summarized view would be highly valuable.

Utilizing boards and Gantt charts we monitor team members' progress on individual tasks and broader milestones. Assigning tasks real-time communication and witnessing projects transition from "in progress" to "done" are immensely satisfying for everyone involved.

Cons

There are occasional failures with status updates and automation and the text widgets on boards designed to save automatically often require redoing notes/updates. Linking and coordinating can be challenging for complex projects with large dependencies. Although panels offer a partial remedy this aspect of the solution appears incomplete and awkward.
