One thing I'd love to see is a show/hide function, like hiding a column automatically when a status is set a certain way. Since we also use it for tracking, having a reset button to clear and reset statuses would be really useful too.

Well it took some time to feel fully confident and familiar with everything the platform offers but after spending enough time learning the features, it started to feel much more user friendly.

Keeping up with tasks and finances is much more manageable with this software and it has helped me run daily operations more efficiently. The standout for me is how customizable the CRM is. On top of that the interface is user friendly so even someone without a technical background can start using it without much trouble. It works really well as a platform for managing work, planning, tracking tasks and staying on top of day to day responsibilities.

The interface is simple and user friendly which is a plus but the pricing can definitely make people hesitate before switching over. The free trial is also pretty limited in features especially when compared with Asana. It feels expensive for what's included. That said the free forever plan with no time limit is something some users will likely still find valuable.

Right away the versatility of this tool stands out. The built-in templates let us set up projects in a way that makes tracking much simpler especially with the different kinds of work we manage, from technology and construction to manufacturing and marketing. Another feature that matters a lot to me is having quick access on one screen to the boards I worked on recently, my notifications inbox and the workspaces where I update tasks. It also makes it simple to invite coworkers and start collaborating on tasks that need input or execution from other team members.

Cons

One limitation is that it is not as flexible when we need to manage projects involving a large number of coworkers especially once licensing costs start affecting the budget. Sometimes we need to bring people into a project just to complete a few tasks and if we want them to interact with the software, we still have to assign them a license in order for them to take part in updates. It does support importing data from different sources but I think other tools on the market handle that functionality a bit better which is something we regularly need. Even so, it still does its job well and once you get used to the process, everything moves along quickly.

The dashboard wasn't very user friendly to me and I often had to click back and forth between different views just to track my latest communication with team members at various stages of a project.

After using it for quite a while it has completely changed the way I handle my work. It's very flexible so I can set it up exactly the way I need for managing projects and daily tasks. Working with my team is much simpler too since we can chat, share files and connect it well with other apps I already use like Slack. The automation tools save me a lot of time by taking care of repetitive work and the reporting features give me a clear picture of how everything is progressing.

Cons

Costs can start to feel high as you add more users and unlock additional features and some of the more advanced functions definitely come with a steep learning curve at times.

Using the chart from the app is very easy and it's simple to keep track of everything there. Making edits when needed is also uncomplicated and I really like that it automatically tracks across different time zones.

At times the app feels slow to respond. It also seems to take a while to update on occasion.

The reporting tools are somewhat limited which can be a drawback if you need deeper insights. Pricing is charged per user so costs can add up quickly for larger teams. The mobile app doesn't always include the full functionality of the desktop version and it also misses some advanced project management capabilities. On top of that certain automation and customization features can take some training to fully understand.
