The name causes confusion leading to unproductive misunderstandings. CRM requires manual input of everyone's name. Adding tasks from Outlook is not seamless necessitating manual entry. The Kanban/card view has only three columns: "do" "doing" and "done." Integrations for Outlook are offered by third parties for an additional fee.
