“Freely structured knowledge base sharing”
Pros
It's a knowledge base that's simple to share and access and it lets you design, structure and edit everything freely. On top of that, it includes plenty of features to integrate other documents, links, files and even programs.
Cons
Because it's so open-ended to configure, the responsibility for creating a solid structure falls on the team. In other words, the software doesn't really guide or suggest how to organize what gets published or offer recommendations on the best way to present content.

“Can handle databases”
Pros
Works well as an all-in-one workspace. I can use it as a simple notes app but it can also handle databases so I'm not jumping between different tools. The built-in features make it a solid option for keeping and organizing information in one place.
Cons
When you start working with data relationships, things can get pretty complex and even with plenty of tutorials, it still feels challenging at times.

“User-friendly to use”
Pros
It feels really user-friendly and simple to use. I didn't have to spend much time setting anything up before I could jump in and start organizing. Creating pages, managing tasks and jotting down notes all feels simple and doesn't require much effort.
Cons
Desktop and the browser version have a lot going for them but the mobile app feels a bit complex. It doesn't work as well when I'm trying to make quick edits or scroll through larger pages and lots of content.

“Works well for writing”
Pros
Notion works really well for writing and saving my notes and ideas. The interface feels pleasant and it's easy to find the different blocks using the / command.
Cons
When it comes to automations between databases, things still feel a bit unclear. I haven't fully figured out how Notion handles automation under the hood yet.

“AI features have been a big help”
Pros
It helps me stay organized, not just personally but across the team too. The different page types and formatting options make it simple to structure everything the way our group needs. The built-in AI has also been a big help, it's useful for sharpening writing and getting a cleaner overall structure when I'm putting content together.
Cons
The one thing I'm least happy with is the lack of a video call feature for team members inside Notion. Since it already connects with email when you're creating or managing pages, it would be great to have another communication option like video calls to complement chat and email and bring people together more directly.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
It has been surprisingly simple to learn and use yet it ends up being really powerful once you're past the basics. It can work like a workplace encyclopedia and it also handles project tracking, task management and database-style organization. On top of that, it connects with other tools like Slack and Google Drive so your workflow doesn't feel isolated.
Cons
When it glitches and won't load, it can seriously derail daily productivity especially if your day-to-day depends heavily on Notion. I also wish the Google Sheets integration was better for importing graphs and tables.

“Excellent collaboration with templates”
Pros
Notion has made teamwork much more simple, sharing pages, working together and keeping everything organized feels smooth. On top of that, the built-in templates and the AI writing help speed up creating documents that actually look and read well. I also appreciate the privacy controls and the way you can keep areas separate which makes it feel like a solid digital notebook rather than just a general-purpose doc tool.
Cons
It really shines only when the entire team commits to using it together. If you're the only one using Notion (or others aren't aligned with the workflow), you lose a lot of the benefits that make it such a strong alternative to Google Docs or Word.

“Convenient for sharing documents”
Pros
Extremely simple to use and it's really convenient for sharing documents both inside the team and with outside people. The built-in database tools feel genuinely powerful and there's a lot of flexibility in how you set everything up.
Cons
Getting up to speed takes some time for most new users. Many people reach a working level but don't end up using the full range of features and the deeper capabilities. Also, the data processing isn't quite as strong as Excel or Google Sheets.

“Practical solution”
Pros
It feels genuinely practical since you can shape it however you want. Whether you're building a simple to-do list, a data table or even a wiki-style space, you get the flexibility to fit your workflow. If you're starting from zero, the marketplace is a big help too, there are plenty of free templates, plus more advanced options you can grab for a few bucks.
Cons
it can get frustrating when your workspace ends up messy. Also, just buying a template doesn't automatically help if you don't understand how to adjust it especially when you later need to make major changes.

“Friendly design”
Pros
This tool works really well for me. Beyond the clean, minimalist design, it actually lets you shape it however you want so you're not locked into one way of working. There's a bit of a learning curve figuring out every option but once you get the basics down, you can set up your own system and start using it right away.
Cons
I'd happily dig deeper and learn more advanced ways to use Notion though the creator/user courses tend to be priced way too high for what they offer.

“Lets me have control”
Pros
Honestly, the biggest thing I enjoy about it is that it basically stays out of the way and lets me set up my workspace exactly how I want. I can throw all my random ideas into one place, wire up automations with n8n that actually run reliably and manage my clients without constantly jumping between a bunch of different apps. The flexibility to mix a page that's part notes, part database and whatever else I need is honestly so good that it sometimes feels almost unreal.
Cons
Learning it took a while. I ended up spending a lot of time watching YouTube tutorials and even then I still felt confused for the first few weeks. When my workspace gets really packed, it can slow down sometimes and the mobile experience feels clunkier than using it on desktop. I also overdid it at the beginning, trying to make everything perfect instead of just using the tool and improving over time.

“Easy pages with icons & covers”
Pros
Creating a page is simple, you can drop in an icon, add a cover page using one of the built-in options or import your own and then write whatever you want. The whole layout feels pretty bland and minimal at first glance but there are ways to bring it to life with color even if the colors aren't super bright.
Cons
It's definitely useful but the number of features feels a bit overwhelming. I end up using just the part I need and then ignoring the rest.

“Does everything for me”
Pros
The biggest win for me is how flexible it is. I use it for everything from quick note, taking and project planning to keeping my team organized in one place.
Cons
When I first started, it felt a little confusing. It would also be nice if some panels/windows could be closed more conveniently like using the Escape key would make that smoother.

“Ability to manage my monthly budget”
Pros
Besides note taking, I can also set and manage my monthly budget which is super handy. The ASK AI option inside the app is another big win too, there's no need to bounce between two different software tools just to get help while I'm working.
Cons
Navigation isn't exactly smooth, the interface feels pretty complicated if you're not very "technical."

“Works like a mini CRM”
Pros
I'm able to keep our compliance checklists on the same pages and it works like a mini CRM thanks to the linked databases. The history of exchanges is also handy when we need to track what happened over time and the reusable templates make onboarding and internal control much faster because we're not rebuilding everything from scratch each time.
Cons
It won't cover every advanced or highly specialized requirement but for the main goal-centralizing procedures, keeping basic client files organized and preventing documents from getting scattered, it does the job well for this stage.

“Genuinely helpful”
Pros
Being able to handle everything in one place is a big win for me, writing briefs, doing planning, keeping notes and building a to-do list, among other things. Notion has genuinely helped me stay on top of tasks.
Cons
The setup felt a little confusing at first. There are a lot of blocks, integrations to sort through and the database views don't get explained clearly. I also wish the documentation were written in a more simple way.

“Appreciate its simplicity”
Pros
I enjoy how simple the platform feels. With it, I can set up full sites and wikis and neatly organize company-wide documentation without needing any technical background. As a Team Leader, it's been great for keeping everything my team needs in a single, easy-to-access location. I also noticed new users get up to speed really quickly-stuff like task boards and meeting notes, onboarding guides and project trackers is all doable without a steep learning curve.
Cons
On the free personal plan, there are restrictions on how much content you can share and how many collaborators you can add. That limitation makes certain use cases like planning trips with friends or managing shared content for family, more annoying than it should be. I'm already used to doing those kinds of workflows in Notion so switching tools for these scenarios can feel a bit frustrating.

“effective tool for documentation”
Pros
Using Parsa Gouran for project collaboration across multiple teams (and within a single team) has been genuinely simple. I mainly use it for documentation and for managing tasks via tickets. The built-in components especially the flowcharts and the "ask AI" feature-have been really handy and add a lot of value to day-to-day work.
Cons
A small improvement would be adding a pop-up suggestion system for the right tools/features to use at certain steps while filling out a page.

“Budget-friendly option”
Pros
This has been a solid tool for visualizing and organizing my social media and broader marketing communications. The filtering and tagging options go really deep which makes it easier to keep everything structured. I also appreciate switching between a calendar view and a list view, it makes planning and reviewing content feel a lot more flexible. The pricing works well for a small team too especially since our budget is pretty tight.
Cons
Sharing projects is a bit limiting: I can only share them if the person I'm sending to is also a Notion member. I'd like to show my work to others without needing to add more seats but that option costs extra.

“Versatile creation with Notion”
Pros
The biggest thing I appreciate about it is how flexible it is. I keep being surprised by how much you can build and create with it.

It usually takes a while to get fully set up. That time investment can end up feeling like its own project so it may take more effort than you planned.
