“My choice”
Pros
It has quickly become my go-to tool, it's really user-friendly, looks great and feels simple to use. There are also tons of ways to customize everything so the setup can match how I work which makes it great for building a solid second brain.
Cons
Nothing negative to say-there isn't a single thing I dislike about Notion.

“Clean interface with strong usability”
Pros
The app feels minimal and stays simple to use even though it offers a lot of features. Navigation is user-friendly and everything is arranged in a way that's easy to follow which makes the overall workflow smoother.
Cons
Not having an offline mode is a real letdown. It becomes difficult to rely on Notion while you're in remote areas or anywhere without an internet connection.

“Lovely wikipedia-style paging”
Pros
Great for note taking and I really appreciate the wikipedia-style paging. It makes browsing through notes feel organized and quick especially when you want to jump between sections without getting lost.
Cons
I do wish files were supported natively in markdown since that would fit my workflow better. Also, it doesn't have VIM-style motions and there's room for more customization options.

“Variety of page templates”
Pros
I love the wide variety of page templates you can pick from and it's simple to create your own too. I also like the ability to link internal pages together into one larger page which makes it much easier to keep everything organized.
Cons
Every now and then, the dates don't line up quite right or data from one table ends up transferring over to a different one.

“Adapts nicely to workflows”
Pros
It's highly customizable and adapts nicely to different workflows and needs. I also like that it brings multiple tools into a single platform which cuts down on juggling too many apps. Collaboration feels genuinely smooth with other people and everything syncs across my devices so I can pick up work anywhere without hunting for files.
Cons
Can be tricky if you're brand new. Offline support isn't very solid and the free plan has limitations, particularly when you're dealing with bigger teams or more demanding projects.

“Helps save storage space”
Pros
It pulls together features from a bunch of different productivity tools into a single platform which helps save storage space and means there's less to juggle. That organized setup has been a real plus for staying organized without keeping track of multiple apps.
Cons
The paid tiers can get pricey if you're on a tight budget. Also, offline use is limited so it can be frustrating if you're out in rural areas or don't always have dependable internet access.

“Handles almost anything”
Pros
Very customizable especially since it comes with built-in templates you can start from right away. The setup works well for both work tasks and personal planning and it's flexible enough to handle almost anything. My favorite ways to use it are creating a company information database (basically a wiki), project planning and even organizing trip plans.
Cons
I needed some time to understand the different functionalities and create pages that actually fit what I wanted. Once it clicks though, everything ends up feeling neatly organized and very versatile so the effort was worth it.

“flexibility stands out”
Pros
The app's flexibility really stands out. It fits a wide range of use cases so you can adapt it depending on what you're trying to do with your notes.
Cons
A bit more onboarding time is needed to get fully comfortable compared with some other note-taking apps.

“Great for brainstorming”
Pros
It lets me run my business and stay organized with project management so I can hit deadlines without constantly scrambling. It's also useful for brainstorming, capturing ideas as notes or turning them into more detailed pages later with a solid reference point. Creating new pages and blocks feels simple and collaboration is smooth, my team gets updates on what's going on with time-specific tasks.
Cons
The free plan caps file uploads at 5MB so you can't store larger files there. There's also a limit on how many people you can collaborate with on the free tier. If your team is 5 people or fewer, it works fine but once you exceed either limit, you'll need to switch to a paid plan.

“Packed with features”
Pros
It's pretty feature-packed, with plenty of tools for task management, checklists and recently added calendar features too. You can manage a lot in one place without needing extra apps.
Cons
The layout feels overly cluttered for a typical user. Options are heavily customizable-especially for basic fields like text inputs so it becomes more complicated than it needs to be.

“Notion helps keep org info accessible”
Pros
It is a really solid way to access organization-wide information and keep everything in one place. Once it's set up, it's simple to find what you need across teams.
Cons
It can feel a bit confusing at the beginning but once you get the hang of it, the workflow clicks and it ends up being totally worth it.

“Feels like a blank canvas”
Pros
Notion's real strength for me is how versatile and customizable it is. It feels like a blank canvas where I can organize my thoughts, tasks and projects however I want so the workflow matches my style rather than forcing a preset structure.
Cons
The catch is that it comes with a fairly steep learning curve. The same flexibility and customization that make it powerful can also feel overwhelming at the start, particularly if you're coming from simpler, more simple apps. It does take some time to get comfortable with all the features.

“Can create different field types”
Pros
Its level of customization is the real win for me. It works equally well as a project management tool and as a database so I can build the exact setup I need. You're able to create different field types and fill in the information that matters and you can choose how detailed you want to be-nothing forces a rigid structure. That flexibility lets me keep research notes neatly organized and also plan the project in the same app, without juggling separate tools. Overall, it feels a lot more versatile than the more simple project management options.
Cons
That said it can be a bit buggy and heavy on resources. A lot of the time it ends up stressing my iPad Pro and I'll have to shut it down and restart it to get everything working again.

“Infinite possibilities for workflows”
Pros
One of the best parts of Notion for me is how wide open it feels, you can shape it for almost anything. I use it for my business to manage projects but I've also set up my own system to organize and run a Dungeons & Dragons session during my downtime.
Cons
A few of my clients think Notion is a bit too complicated. Since many of them aren't very tech-savvy, they sometimes struggle with the setup and overall layout.

“Customizable forms, weak search”
Pros
The forms are fully customizable so they work for all sorts of tasks whether we're building knowledge base articles or jotting down notes during meetings. Permission settings are also pretty flexible and we're able to share the same articles across the entire company without much hassle.
Cons
Search functionality isn't very strong so finding specific items can be frustrating at times.

“Appreciate the database choices”
Pros
Really user-friendly and flexible to use. There are lots of options and I especially appreciate the database choices since they can be used for so many different purposes.
Cons
The only gripe I've noticed so far is that navigating sideways within the databases is a little annoying, you have to scroll down to the bottom of the database first before you can move horizontally.
