Most eligible tracker tool for an agile software development team.

Pros

The structured approach of Pivotal Tracker aids in managing and tracking agile development cycles effectively. The feature to estimate and track work through stories, along with velocity calculation for sprints, is particularly valuable.

Cons

It is too tailored for agile development, leaving little room for customization, which means paying for features we don't need.

Pros

Pivotal Tracker facilitates seamless collaboration for off-site team members, providing a visual representation of assigned tasks and their status updates.

Couldn't wait to switch to another platform

Pros

My experience with Pivotal Tracker for tracking projects and sprint stories for scrum teams has been positive overall. It covers most of our needs, allowing us to write stories, attach images and links, assign tasks, and track progress.

Cons

My experience with Pivotal was quite frustrating. The vertical workflow and outdated interface made it hard to navigate. It took me weeks and multiple trainings to get a handle on it.

Cons

Initially, I found it not very user-friendly. It took me a few weeks to grasp how to move items up in the queue and find what I needed.
