Pros

Been working with this platform for over 3 years now. It's really simple to get into and the automation features along with filtering capabilities have made my workflow so much smoother.

Cons

Needs a solid internet connection since it's cloud-based and I think a platform this big should work better with slower connections.

Feels natural

Pros

Easy to use with really helpful tools that organize how data gets handled. The interface feels logical and I can find what I need without getting lost in menus.

Cons

The graphs don't offer much flexibility and I can't color code columns, only rows work for that. When running reports, there's no way to filter out data, just filter in which is limiting. Also the help pages feel pretty cluttered.

Pros

The way this platform answers questions and organizes information visually is amazing. It's also an excellent tool for field employees to create and update information right from their phones. We constantly use it for creating proposals and bids, plus updating documentation when status changes happen in real time. The ability to link between tables makes answering customer questions quick and efficient.

Cons

Its interface looks pretty basic and stripped-down which can be off-putting when you're coming from other ERPs with more polished designs. It took me a while to get past that initial impression but once I did, I realized how powerful the platform actually is.

gives me visibility into everything

Pros

I find it to be a really effective platform for integrating our existing CRM data. The ability to track performance and tasks through the timeline view works great for my workflow. The dashboard view is useful and gives me good visibility into everything.

Cons

Getting started was pretty tough at first. The trial version doesn't give you much to work with which made it hard to really evaluate everything. Also disappointed by the chart and graph options, they're pretty basic compared to what I expected.

such a time saver

Pros

Our custom application built on this platform is absolutely essential to everything we do. It handles new leads, parts, service support, basically runs our entire operation and eliminates most of the guesswork. The time savings are incredible and it lets us focus on what matters most, helping customers quickly and smoothly. This thing does the work of several people for a fraction of the cost and I'd tell anyone looking to multiply their efficiency by 3-5x to give it a shot.

Cons

The learning curve was pretty steep when I first started using this platform. It wasn't immediately obvious how powerful it could be right from the start. We basically built everything from scratch over 7-8 years and now it's become one of our most essential tools. While you can create almost anything you can imagine, figuring out the optimal approach to solve specific problems requires alot of critical thinking with minimal guidance. The upside is that once you have a clear vision, the platform can definitely make it happen.
