Pros
I jumped in with basically no experience and outdated programming skills yet managed to create useful data tables pretty quickly. What really impressed me was how it grew with my needs. When I was ready to expand what my department could do, I didn't have to rebuild everything from scratch. New features and improvements integrated smoothly into our live environment with almost zero downtime for users.
Cons
The documentation could definitely be better in some areas though the user community really steps up to help fill those gaps.

Building apps feels as simple as pressing a few buttons. Honestly couldn't believe how quick it was to get started. We were up and running in minutes with barely any training needed. What really impressed me is how changes happen instantly without dealing with server management or all that technical overhead. The cost savings have been significant for our business too.
Cons
Can't export reports to properly formatted PDF templates which is frustrating when you need professional-looking documents.

Really appreciate how this is a no-code platform but you can still work with various programming languages when needed. The customization options are superb and being able to connect with external applications through the APIs is incredibly useful for our workflow.

Setting up various applications is simple and connecting data between them works smoothly. The customer support team has been there for me whenever I've reached out.
Cons

“Disappointing mobile app experience”

I picked up the fundamentals pretty quickly thanks to all the tutorials and learning resources available. The Qrew community has been helpful whenever I've had questions. Even though I'm still figuring out automation, pipelines are perfect for beginners, you can start simple but there's room to get more sophisticated as your knowledge and system expand.
Cons
Mobile app experience is pretty disappointing and it doesn't represent what the platform can actually do well. They're really pushing FastField as their new mobile solution but the lack of support for the original mobile app is frustrating. Our team is seriously considering switching to a different platform just for mobile workflows. Also some of the new features they roll out don't always match what the community actually wants though I know there are employees trying to improve how they gather and respond to user feedback.

Pros
It is quite simple to handle, even if you're not particularly tech-savvy. It's been great for helping newcomers gradually wrap their heads around relational tables and different approaches to data storage. The customer support has been pretty solid too. Whenever I've reached out with questions, they respond fairly quickly even when the answer isn't exactly what I was hoping to hear.
Cons
There are some frustrating restrictions that keep popping up. Like being limited to just 3 report formulas, summary formulas and only 1000 records on graphs. It feels like I'm constantly hitting new walls that force me to create workarounds, the PDF viewer being a perfect example. The graphing features are especially limiting with weird constraints on trend lines, point shapes and chart styles that don't make much sense.

Cons
The main drawback I've noticed is how it struggles with large datasets, things start to lag noticeably and there are limits on table and app sizes. While it's not designed to be a massive data warehouse, the performance issues with bigger data volumes can be frustrating when youre working with substantial amounts of information.

Its very user friendly and the design feels just right for daily use. From a business perspective, we're really impressed with how the reporting features work, they give us exactly what we need. The notification system keeps everyone in the loop and the workflow automation has been amazing for our operations.
Cons
The updated interface isn't as clear as before and everything feels harder to read now. Same issue with the table reports, they've become less user-friendly compared to the old design.

Its cool how dependable this platform is for sharing and visualizing information with proper access controls. It handles massive datasets beautifully and serves as an excellent data repository. The process automation has been a game-changer, significantly cutting down on errors and wait times which has boosted our customer satisfaction. The customer support is outstanding and the integration capabilities are smooth. Would definitely recommend this tool to others.
Cons
Only downside I've faced is that if someone accidentally deletes a profile, all the data disappears completely. We looked for an automatic backup system during testing but couldn't find one which would really be helpful to have.
