Well laid out

Pros

It's interface is well laid out. I use it constantly for all kinds of different tasks and there are tons of features and capabilities to work with.

Cons

Despite being well organized the interface feels a bit dated and could use a more modern look. The task module is pretty basic. I wish it had better project management features like due dates, status tracking and options to mark things as not applicable for certain periods.

Lets me create custom reports

Pros

I appreciate how this platform lets me create custom reports and set up different dashboards that my whole team can use toward our shared objectives. The flexibility to build exactly what we need for various roles has been really valuable.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that there's almost nothing you can't create with this system which might be overwhelming for some users. The new development team mentioned adding reports across multiple applications at Empower today which sounds promising but adds more complexity.

simpler workflows and more functionality

Pros

Making the switch from Salesforce was one of our best decisions. Creating and programming workflows is so much simpler here and updates don't require a computer science degree. Our IT Director had been pushing for this change for months, should've listened sooner! The transition went smoother than anticipated and we're actually running with more functionality now than we ever had before.

Cons

Finding the right feature combo or getting help with specific functions can be a bit hard sometimes though I usualy figure it out eventually.

Pros

The platform requires minimal coding knowledge which makes it really accessible. Form creation and reporting work smoothly and get the job done quickly.

Cons

Takes some effort to get used to. It takes several tries to get pipelines working the way you want them to. The design options feel somewhat restrictive and could really use more flexibility for customization.

Approachable support team

Pros

I find this tool very user-friendly with lots of features that help me keep track of all our information. Getting in touch with customer support is simple and they're always willing to help. I rely on it every day at work and hardly run into any problems.

Cons

The platform acts like a blank canvas where I can build virtually any business workflow with impressive speed. All I need is some creativity to develop sophisticated features, from simple user forms to powerful reports and dashboards, plus smooth process automation using pipelines.

Cons

The handling of massive datasets beyond 2 million records could use some work and archiving functionality isn't as smooth as I'd like. These improvements would really help it scale for larger enterprise needs.

Has all the information regarding work orders

Pros

I really enjoy how comprehensive the work order information is and everything I need is right there. What's especially useful is being able to tap on an address for my next stop and getting directions through either Waze or Google Maps which makes movement super convenient.

Cons

Login issues are really frustrating. I'll get kicked out multiple times during an 8-hour shift. Sometimes it claims my session expired after just a couple hours and other times it gives me random error messages saying I don't qualify to access the app.
