I appreciate how customizable the databases are especially the traceability features. Whenever someone makes changes, I can easily track who did what and when which has been helpful for accountability.
Cons
Managing this system as an admin is way harder than it should be and the grid editing experience feels pretty glitchy most of the time. I could definitely use some smoothing out.

Getting started felt overwhelming at first but once I invested time learning the system, everything became much more accessible. The pipeline functionality really stands out as it makes integrating with other platforms simple. I'm particularly fond of the action features which prove invaluable during setup phases. Whenever I've run into problems, the customer support and help center have been reliable resources for getting things sorted out. Now I find myself using this tool regularly and feeling quite comfortable with it.
Cons
When updating pipeline elements, the system automatically switches to draft mode rather than staying active which can be disruptive to workflow. Form updates are also quite slow and there's a noticeable delay when modifying fields or opening records that really affects productivity.

There are tons of solid features packed into this system. The team has really been pushing forward with AI upgrades and other tech improvements that organize everything nicely. We tap into multiple functions here, our main reporting hub, project tracking and several other tools. Everything has gotten more user-friendly as time goes on. The support crew has stepped up their game lately too.
Cons
The customer support has been my biggest frustration. We've cycled through countless CSMs and Account Managers over the years and honestly, most were either unresponsive or just plain difficult to deal with. Things improved somewhat in 2022-2023 but 2024 brought us back to square one. It feels like a revolving door where nobody really knows our account details and there's zero proactive outreach about new features or updates.

I've built a custom platform with my team for tracking projects, maintenance and performance and honestly it exceeded our expectations. We managed to set up automatic APIs that pull production data directly, just needed some assistance from our IT department to get that running smoothly.
Cons
As I keep adding more features, things start getting pretty complicated though that's not really on the platform itself. At first glance, it doesn't always seem like the most customizable option but there are usually workarounds to get the appearance you want, even if it means writing some light code. I'm not sure how well it handles scaling and sometimes the loading times can be slow. Though to be fair, we've got a ton of processes running in the background now which probably contributes to the performance issues.

What really stands out is how customizable this platform is. We started using it as a basic CRM but over time we've integrated it into practically every aspect of our business, banking is about the only thing it doesn't handle! If you can work with basic Excel functions, you'll pick this up easily. The "low code" approach makes it much more approachable than you'd expect, relying on simple concepts like conditional statements and table relationships. When I get an idea, I can roll it out quickly. We depend on it all day, every day and honestly can't imagine operating without it now. The few times I've contacted customer support, they've been genuinely helpful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend giving it a try!
Cons
The main drawback is the minimum user requirement. For smaller companies, it can be financially challenging since you're forced to pay for more users than you actually need.

The customization options for data entry, notifications and import/export functionality are outstanding. Cons
Setting up the more technical features can be pretty time-consuming if you're not familiar with coding and there's no sandbox environment where you can safely test things before pushing them live to production.

The automated scheduling feature is nice too, whether you want reports sent daily, weekly or triggered by specific events like new records. Best part is not having to wait around for IT or external developers to make changes for us.
Cons
The system isn't foolproof and we ocasionally break something by accident. Fortunately, it's easy to undo any mistakes and fix them properly.

I appreciate how flexible this tool is. It adapts to pretty much any scenario I throw at it. Creating reports and crunching numbers is easy and I'm constantly surprised by what it can accomplish. The interface is really user-friendly and whenever I get stuck, customer support jumps in to help. The online training sessions they offer were great too, gave me the confidence to roll it out to my whole team.
Cons
The main challenge for me is getting up to speed with the pipeline features and coding components, plus working with APIs. Since I don't have much background in these areas, there's definitely some effort required to figure things out.
