Cons

Outdated, complex and difficult to navigate

Pros

There's no noteworthy positive aspect. Transitioning away from it is the best course of action.

Cons

Simpro Enterprise's entire user interface is poorly designed, and its navigation feels outdated. If you forget to save your work, it's lost!!! It's challenging to use and doesn't match the user friendliness of other alternatives.

Cons

Revolutionizing field service management

Pros

Simpro Enterprise offers an end to end solution from Lead to Invoicing that has streamlined our business processes. It has helped us transition from an old server based system to a cloud-based one. Simpro Enterprise is a versatile field service management and service desk software that can also handle larger projects.

Cons

Asset management and assetjob history could be more transparent especially for assets with multiple parts. It's challenging to see which parts have been replaced or haven't over time. Also you cannot view the total asset spend on callouts.

Transitioning to a CloudBased solution has been a positive move. The customer support has been exceptional allowing direct communication with helpful individuals who can remotely assist with any issues.

Cons

The limitation of only being able to keep certain modules open like Jobs Quotes Purchase Orders Receipts and Invoices can be frustrating. It would be more convenient to have tabs at the top for People Schedule Catalogue Invoices Utilities and Reports. Duplicating pages is necessary to avoid losing progress when handling interruptions like phone calls. Handling stock and transferring Work and Technician notes between jobs can also be challenging. Some reports lack customization options beyond their predefined parameters.

Once the setup is complete ,quoting becomes more straightforward and scheduling aids in tracking staff locations. However managing simpro enterprise can be a fulltime task as not all information consistently goes to the correct destination.

Cons

There are inconsistencies in the flow of information with some receipts not linking to the right location and manual updates are required for cost prices on jobs.

Pros

My experience with simpro has been positive from the start. Navigating the system and finding solutions to my objectives has been easy and straightforward. As I've gained more knowledge I've been able to implement new systems for our team.

Cons

When dealing with long lists of parts in jobs it would be beneficial for the add a part field to be available both at the top and bottom or for the cursor to automatically return to the field after adding a part. Progress invoices can be complicated but additional training might resolve this.
