Ongoing training is costlier than hiring a 90ton crane with an operator. Furthermore imports of materials and client lists are often incomplete.

Asset management and assetjob history could be more transparent especially for assets with multiple parts. It's challenging to see which parts have been replaced or haven't over time. Also you cannot view the total asset spend on callouts.
